I don't doubt that electromagentic fluctuations affect our physiology, but I wonder how significant the impact is considering the Earth's magnetic field supposedly shields us from a lot of this stuff. I think part of the problem, at least for the men and women not interested in sexual contact, is lower testosterone. The culture, the environment and maybe even the diet are not conducive to healthy, virile living.

The majority of the world is not that smart. So it seems that women prefer dumber guys, but that's only because they themselves are dumb. Especially when women are younger do they prefer dumb guys to smart guys. It takes a while for a smart guys intellect to pay off in the form of a high-paying career whereas a dumb guy just needs to be cool in the here-and-now.

Depending on which definition you use, I would say that a stud doesn't necessarily have to work hard. Plenty of losers get laid because they exhibit a thug/badboy appearance.
