For additional reading I would recommend I Wanna Be Well by Miguel Chen. The book goes over a lot of stuff, with practices that you can do immediately at the end of each chapter.

So if you're not a sports fan then why invest the time in learning about something that you aren't passionate about? Sure it could help out in social situations to a small degree, but why not use that time to learn things that you actually care about?
