For sure, I appreciate the advice. I avoid dairy and chocolate like the plague, and have for 4 years now. Must be genetic, and on top of that I am allergic to dairy so whenever I get traces of it it fucks me up real good. Yeah I change my pillow cases every two nights as well. Can’t win em all. I’m in the exact same situation. On my second course of accutane right now, praying the effects last this time. What has helped me is 40 mg of propranolol and Silexan an hour before a stressful situation. Really helps you calm down and not overthink. Let me know if you’ve found something better. What a lot of people that don’t deal with this don’t understand is that the root of it is biological in us; it’s an overproduction of adrenaline due to social anxiety, leading to heart pumping more blood…
