I agree that some of the female species do occupy time and space with typically mundane nonsense. However I think both men and women should be careful not to generalise about the entire opposite sex.

This be more true than not statistically, but doesn’t always apply. I know a young married couple where the girl is the fiscal hawk and the guy overspends constantly in a way that is not rational or prudent.

Well established by who? Younger people these days do seem to be needier and more self centered but I don’t think this only applies to women. Agree with you about the system though. I would be extremely wary about getting married with the current divorce laws. The risk is just too great. In the UK pre-nups are not even legally valid.

The AWALT attitude seems very similar to that of extreme feminists who demonize and degrade men. Clearly not AMALT, and not AWALT either. Some men, some women, some humans have the capacity to be incredibly selfish or nasty or worse but we can’t generalize whole genders. I thought this would be obvious.
