That's the media and the stigma around men that's painted in society today. Don't blame a movement asking for equal rights. Blame your politicians and your news outlets that cover those stories. One subreddit that I've found to be better is r/MaleSupportNetwork, though they still have a bit of misogyny and less moderation, it's more personalized for individual experiences and how to deal with what one is going through. r/MensLib is absolutely wonderful in its moderation and allows zero tolerance for hate speech and such and I find it to be the most positive and welcome community.	/r/MensRights	09/02/22 08:09 PM

Feminism today actually needs men, and fully supports MRA. We want men’s rights just as much as we want women’s rights. Misandry is hating men, a term very scarcely used alongside feminism.
