Yeah, as I read this guy's post it broke my heart. You are allowed to have an emotional connection with these girls, but it shouldn't be at a personal cost. You can be a nice guy, telling them your problems, talking to them, but being the 'nice guy' is more than that. A 'nice guy' give up her personal wants to make her happy, and a 'nice guy' will complain to her and put his problem on her. Essentially, with a 'nice guy' the woman becomes his strength, and that leads to her no longer respecting …

I like to hear a woman's voice... if you can't talk to them on the phone, you can't talk to them at a bar. So I like to give them a call when figuring out plans. Often women will comment how flattered they are that I would call them. Very easy bonus points.

Yeah, I'm more shocked he's not upset at himself for not asking right off and blaming the girl for trying to drug him. Shit, who knows a girl that walks about with cookies / brownies in their purse? I know one, and they're always pot brownies.

I've been there before, you ask three times... Spaced out. You can figure out the spacing by talking to her and getting to know her. The third time you ask, you say its the third time, and if she says no the ball is in court because you're done asking. That usually helps you figure out if she's just being nice or actually interested. That little push usually gets them over that hurdle if it's real.

well, you don't open up the relationship that way. It's a hybrid of both. Eventually you say something, but never go at it right away with "hey let's just have this about sex". No girl wants that, but if they are in a situation where it's fun, and it's already begun, don't lead them on that there will be more, but don't make them think it's only sex from the start.

Wesley Snipes was rich, people that have homes next to NY Central Park are Wealthy. Wealth is an established, isn't going anywhere, form of rich. Generally, rich implies you have a lot of money, wealth is much more than that... and it's usually generational.

Don't try to make yourself something women will want, make yourself something you are happy with. I can tell how happy I am by how easy it is for my to attract women. When I'm happy with my life, no problem... when I'm not happy, it gets much harder. Focus on yourself, not your target, and then will come to you. (this doesn't mean you don't need to go say hello to nudge them into coming to you)

That's very much the truth, a lot of my female friends are that way, it's just fun and games, don't read too into it. Trying to get them home with you will actually turn them off, it makes them think right away you see them as a piece of meat and not something to be cherished. You need to walk the line between making them feel good, but not making them feel like you are putting them on a pedestal. Now, all that being said... if things start getting touchy in the club, BEYOND making out, then fee…

When you are talking to her next, and standing there side by side, just put your hand on over shoulder, not across the back, but just on the shoulder as you are explaining something / pointing something out / landing a punch line. It's a natural, casual, human movement. If she doesn't shy away, you then later try for around the back. After that, then you got for the lower back. It's a matter of testing your boundaries, but slowly. Heck, if you really want to start slow, figure out a reason to gr…

Two things.... Meet as many PEOPLE as possible. You never know how a new connection may pay off one day. Seduction to me isn't about being able to get with as many women as possible, it was at one time, instead it is about getting the woman I want when I want. If you build up the personal network by meeting as many people as possible, you'd be amazed how it becomes easier to get those you want, without having to waste time on those you don't just to keep up your numbers.

I've made the mistake of trying to make game something more, very rarely does it ever turn out well. If you could find her, she could just as easily find you. Don't hound, remember how things wonderful things were, and if you do run into each other again, she'll know you can handle it and how nice it was, and you'll have round #2.

She told you it's not supposed to be a thing, unless you think you can make it the occasional booty call, go ahead, otherwise don't bother to get involved further... enjoy the memory.

Actually, in a cold climate like Europe, smaller and stockier is better for maintaining body heat (Neanderthals). When homo sapiens learned to make clothes we were able to break that paradigm, so then taller became good once again.

Yeah, I find that annoying. 5'8'' ... not that short, but I like to date girls that are ~5'4'' - 5'6''. It gets annoying when you're with someone and they complain they can't wear flats. Go ahead, I couldn't care less, but they're always so self conscious about it themselves.

Don't give up hope, but don't give up on there being other fish in the sea as well. There's no problem with getting friend zoned, that shit happens, but the problem is when a guy becomes transfixed on the girl he's friend zoned by and won't move on. You guy didn't do that, and you learned to later appreciate him, which is the hardest thing to get one friend zoned. Congrats, hope you two carry on well.

I have found things go better if you approach everyone as a friend, some just end up with added benefits. You never know that girl you met, whom you're just not that attracted to, when she'll introduce you to her gorgeous friend.

You gotta be happy with yourself before they will like you. I can tell the difference between when I am happy and when I am down in myself by how women react to me. When I'm in a good mood and living life... this go rather well.

It's really situational. Most of the time, it ends up being, pull them in for a kiss, kiss, lean back a little, smile a bit, "ok, that's better", and go on with whatever you were doing.

Oh I completely agree. If it's talk to 5 new people each day, that's more manageable. Actually hit on 5, dear lord.

I don't think I even come across that many women I want to hit on on a daily basis. I am, however, now single again, and forcing myself to once again be social. Gonna be tougher at 31 than it was at 28, but I'll have some fun at least.

Oh lord, this reminds me of a story. Many years ago, I was at a house party of one of my friends. I start talking to this HB8. I start to point out the artwork in the room, and she starts to follow along. Turns out she's a dancer so really into art as well. At some point, I'm an engineer, I bring up golden triangles and how ratios are incredibly important in design for an aesthetics perspective. She is soaking all this up, we're having a great conversation. At some point, and I don't remember en…

"So, wanna grab a drink some night, what you doing Thursday?" You need to show authority, but you want to keep it flexible so she has the ability to tell you when she is free. If she wants to go out with you, she'll tell you, very simple.

Usually you can flip it, something along the lines of "oh and here I thought you were taking advantage of me". They'll giggle, you'll smile, all ends well enough.

This subreddit it great because it helps you to get your foot in the door, getting a girls attention is seduction, and the end game doesn't always have to be sex. I'm not one that advocates sleeping around, as I tried it and eventually found I couldn't look at myself in the mirror, but it does work for some people. I agree with the OP, the best sex is always meaningful sex, not so say a drunken hook up with some chick I just met at a wedding isn't fun, but it does miss that passion. I fear too m…

I'm going to argue against the raw attraction can overcome, simply because of my experiences in life. The US is not one coherent state, and the women here are not either. From my experiences, it's much easier to cold approach a girl from the south then it is one from the coasts, but closing is generally easier with the ones from the coasts than the south. (I don't hang out in the midwest much, so my sample size is too small to make a judgement) While I agree it is a person on person basis, the t…

If you ask someone if they are free, and they don't give you a 'but I am...', then they don't really want to see you, and you prolly should not waste your time.

I've heard more times in my life than I would like to count "you were cute until you opened your mouth". It was amazing over my life how my game needed to change. 18-23 ... just smile and laugh, it was easy. After that (and time I started to let myself go) I needed to grow a personality. At 27, it started to get better, now at 30 it's easy again, and I actually have a personality.

Oh, I understand that... but I didn't expect it to be such an extreme difference. When I was 26, I would message girls all the time, I would get no response. Hell, I think profile views were like 1 every 4 days I was lucky. Now I get a lot of views and women actually message me. I haven't changed that much, so it must be the age, but I'm getting girls that are 24 messaging me, that I would never have had a shot with when I was 26. I find it hilarious actually...

I would love nothing more than to settle down with someone I love, but until I find that girl, I am going to have some fun. Some people from my high school... getting married was their goal in life. For me, it's just being happy, and marriage can be a part of that.

Same thing with me. At 26 I had a really bad time, at 30 they are damn near throwing themselves at me. Might have actually met the girl of my dreams just recently... but can't tell her that yet :-) .

DC is like shooting fish in a barrel, that are just more women than men there. I live in Philly, going to DC makes life so much easier. However, now on my second stint of online dating... it's much easier at 30 than 26... not entirely sure why.

I've had ~50% rate with "so are you being nice and I should leave, or should I get us some drinks a while". It's about that best I can think of in said situation. If they take the drink you're usually in, if they don't... fuck it.

As I have learned when a girl does the whole "I used to be a slit" route, and then says "I don't want to do things like this", the best way to comfort them is "well then this can't be a one time thing". Now, that works for me, because I can say it honestly, as I don't like one night stands anymore, if they don't trust you, it may come off very cheesy.

If it makes you feel any better, I had one of my best rejections ever last night. Usually, with my personality, I can get away with snark. I walk up to two girls, ask why they are alone. The one replies "we are trying to find our friends", the other doesn't even bother to look up. After saying that though, the girl just looks back at her phone. I asked, "well, you want me to just leave you alone", with a joking voice. The girl says back "no, you can stay", but keeps looking at her phone. I just …

The biggest pain, IMHO, is a lot of the NE women get a mind set of "well what are you going to do for me". That, to a degree, makes it a little easier working magic because some, honestly, I just felt deserved it.

Wow, this takes me back. Growing up in Philly... I was used to doing this when I went to clubs, although I don't do it so much now. Now I prefer to make eye contact and move in, but if you're in a packed club, do whatever. However, when I moved down to TN for a little while, I tried out the clubs down there. I tried my usual method, go behind a girl, put my hand on her hip, and pull her back a bit as I lean in. Apparently, that wasn't normal there, and she screamed to high heaven. Learned an imp…

Women in the NE (NYC / DC / Philly) are very different than the ones you will find down south, even in the bigger cities. Now, those three cities between themselves have a good amount of difference, but generally the women tend to be more difficult to approach and impress than down south. I lived in NC and TN for a little while after growing up in PA, and it was really like shooting fish in a barrel. Starting a conversation was just so much easier with southern girls, and often they were much mo…
