1	CMV: Men being emotionally expressive only brings them more harm than good. If this is how you feel I kinda pity you tbh. Men being emotional only causes harm if you exclusively befriend and date people who are emotionally insecure themselves. I think self reliance is important for everyone, but this drive for men to be stoic emotionally is almost certainly why seeking mental health treatment is still so stigmatized for men, and why our suicide rate is so high.
