had psychotherapy for over 2 years, but i think the biggest progress was a combination of travelling alone and finding trp-community and started lifting ;) it's very individual though

Thx for solid answer. Fortunatly we were cuddling kinda lot so I think I got that bonus. What other bones could I throw her? I'm inclined to write her sth. and saying that I'm really busy with work and stuff and see how she's responding. The thing is she was drunk that night and I do not know her well. [I think that's too much bone] What about when she asks sth. like "what is this for you?" .. I would probably just say "fun" lol

really nice perspective of spending your time "alone". my problem is that I spend too much time in unproductive things, watching alot of youtube videos ... I think I'm addicted, once I start it's really hard to read a book or play guitar or sth. good..
