That’s why if I get married, I have two conditions: 1) Prenup 2) She must have a career. This lessens the chance of having to pay alimony because and it should make the us more “equal.” For example, if my parents, hypothetically, were to divorce I believe it would be a pretty even split. Their salaries are almost the same and they aren’t many other assets that I know of to fight over.
