3	What do you think about platonic co-parenting (non-romantic family creation)? That is, finding a partner to create a family with you're not actually in love with. Agree. 3	Why is confidence such an aphrodisiac? Collectivistic cultures frown upon behaviours that ironically would pull the most chicks. The individualistic confidence is effective but frowned upon because historically collectivistic cultures rely on arranged marriages to procreate anyway. 2	Dating, investments, homeownership, and financial priorities Not owning a home asap seems foolish. Not American but I think Americans get the benefit of fixed mortgage that is way more advantageous over renting in the long term. After a certain time you're done with a mortgage and own your own place outright. You can even pay mortgage in advance or leverage the debt to invest in stocks.
