The 5_7pickup guy is right though. If you're not making the sacrifices (sleep, some habits, etc) to get better at getting laid, then you're not really trying hard enough. 400 approaches a month isn't really that hard to do. 400 rejections in 1 month compared to 52 in one year is nowhere near enough to consider it progress. Focus on something that's important to you and revolve your world around that. Gives all those other points the other guys here said but includes: being the best you can be at that one thing (can't be good at everything) the idea of what a 'man' should be like. For me, it's being better with women. Hope that helps.

Practising your conversation skills to ugly girls only and then progress to the hotter girls does not usually work in terms of building confidence. Just approach whoever you think you can easily talk to first (other men, security, etc). Or you can do what I do and just talk to whoever is in front of you at the first 20 minutes haha

Hey man, My strategy of the whole thing is to just approach, hot or not. It's better approaching and gauging how you feel once the conversation gets going. For me, my practice in the conversation is to develop sexual tension and if I am able to create it with the girl (because it should be quick, like 10 minutes) then I can decide if I want to pursue the girl. You'll know for sure whether you're interested or not, but you won't know without trying
