Where I work there is a starting base pay everyone gets but then there are monthly bonuses, year end bonuses, and merit raises. After someone puts in time and exceeds their goals they get paid more. Unfortunately, it has more to do with their tactics than looks. I'm sure she could use some sociopathic persuasion to get someone to pay for her.
