3	Quick advice on whether to bulk or cut? something like that but what i did was to first fix my metabolism i ate a lot for a couple months but not bad food, just tons of protein and everything and worked out hard af. then i started my cut, put my weight height and activity level into a TDEE calculator and then increased my calories by 100 everyday until i stopped losing weight. Then subtracted the cals by 100 and ate at that number to recomp. Weights plus 45 min cardio a day for a couple months and i made good progress	/r/askTRP	25/04/21 11:29 PM
