Just means that women know what they want from a man and this comment is saying that what this man did is literally what a woman would want from a man, a nice thoughtful gift. It is often used humorously or idealistically, such as when someone admires a male character for being emotionally intelligent and supportive—the kind of man they wish were more common in real life. Personally I think it is overused but whatever. 🤷‍♂️

As a Jewish man, I am disgusted with the fact that it is commonplace for our people to circumcise their children immediately. I wish I were given the chance to keep my bodily autonomy and consent and then, if I wanted, go through with circumcision when I am of age to consent to such a procedure. Sadly, our people don't harbour that mindset.

Good, I sent like, so many replies and men were trying to tell OP she was a pos and people were getting mad at men for telling her she was wrong and saying that they, and I quote, "Were intruding a women's only space" as if suicidewatch is only for women.

Probably the one closest to me. If it is a pregnant woman, then I will try to save her first, but that is pretty much the only exception.

Victim blaming isn't cool. Also, I have tried that, and my words fall on deaf ears. If I lay a hand on them, then I am deemed the hostile and threatening one while they threatened my autonomy. Wow you are lame. Please learn when to shut the fck up; seriously, it would do all of us a huge favour.

To be viewed as a nuturer, therefore incapable of committing a violent act or harrassing the other gender. Traditional roles are harmful, such as how male traditional roles are harmful to men, and traditional female roles are also harmful to women; hell, they are even harmful to each other, but there are also benefits to these traditional roles, which is what equality is trying to defer, that way both genders don't benefit from harming the other. However, women get to hold onto their traditional…

Hey, so this isn't about misogyny, but rather about how men are left to wallow in their own trauma while women get off scott free. Maybe try to not equate our problems to women every single waking second, then maybe we will take you seriously and believe you actually mean well for us.

Thank you, people are missing the point that this is a problem and shouldn't be seen as "lucky." Part of the problems we men face stem from the absolute, idiotic shit other men say, which just makes our case look like a joke.

You have a brain (I THINK), so use it. Also, what do you think would be the response to telling a female "Kinda think this doesn't happen to you"? I can assure you they would have every right to insult your ass for such an insensitive statement; same thing goes for men, don't be an asshole.

I feel very uncomfortable when women look at and, despite no consent being given from me, touch my body It is much harder to tell a woman that she is making you uncomfortable via physcal contact when she does so without your consent. Also, I do ask them to stop, but a majority of the time, my requests fall on deaf ears. Also, yes, I am on ADHD meds, but these are not just situations in public, but also domestic situations when the medicine is long gone from my system.

mostly white women at that This! So many other students, both male and female (primarily male though...) face discrimination by teachers in modern day because of how gender and race biased they are, despite claiming to be "fighting for social justice", then procede to intentionally degrade POC students (in my school, typically the east and southeast asians) and then dowplay the unfair treatment boys face in the education system based off unfair merit. It also doesn't help when a female teacher i…

This, toxicity revolves around every trait in society, but certain groups, like circles of feminism, only focus on specific toxic characteristics, which is toxic masculinity. Same goes for some of the more questionable people in this subreddit, who only focus on certain brances of toxic feminimity, but then get riled up when it comes to handling their own emotions and breaking down their own psychological barriers that the claim to hate. tldr; I agree

Many of my past psychologists have found ways to victim blame me for being groomed and assaulted at the hands of an older woman and will repeatedly avoid the topic; when they do talk to me about it, they find ways in telling me how the women must have had their own problems (which obviously they do), but instead of just leaving it at that and trying to help me, the find a way to excuse this woman's actions and then turn the blame onto me. It also sucks that many of these same psychologists will …

This subreddit annoys me because half of the people on here would read this article and shove it in a woman's face and laugh. Glad to see there are some respectable people still here that are actually talking about equality and the truth instead of spreading hate.

Men are the biggest mistake on this earth And this helps us as a society get closer to equality in what way; because I am struggling to understand how you can praise women but then scold ALL men whilst you scroll on reddit.

Seems like more of a purity fetish than most men have I personally wouldn't say a purity fetish, that's just homophobia. Idgaf if she slept with a girl because the person she slept with was a girl; I give a shit because she slept with someone, but women only get mad when it was a homosexual fling strictly because it was homosexual; and they will make all these judgements whilst they probably have a pride flag in their room.
