This whole lawsuit is one of the dumbest things I've seen yet. There is a market for such a platform and literally nobody is in any way even remotely forced to use it, so let it be. Having options in a dating world isn't discrimination. It's a good thing.

Pretty much this. It's super easy to jump to conclusions if you don't really know the situation. I'm a fin and lean more right than left, I still think that the current leftist government has done a reasonably good job given the circumstances and our PM Sanna Marin to be generally intelligent person, even if I don't agree with everything she says.

Of course I have. And yes, if anyone files a report on sexual harassment or rape, it should be taken seriously and be investigated by the proper authorities. I know that people who have no idea what has or hasn't really happened are quick to judge the accused or the accuser, depending on their views on the matter and it sucks balls if innocent people lose jobs, relationships and even lives for false accusations. What all of this has to do what I said is beyond me.

I have literally never said anything like that. If I'm asking does the law in us work in a way that could let the false accuser to get away with it even with rock solid evidence against them, if the evidence is acquired illegally, how the hell I'm defending anyone there? You're seeing demons where there are none just because you want to be angry on the internet.

I'm not that familiar with US justice system outside of movies etc, but are illegally gotten evidence even usable? Also, there was a local tv host that also thought nobody would find out he recorded secretly his bedroom, but now he lost all work and was basically forced to move out of the country because of it. Along with 14 months of probation.

In Finland it does. A 60 year old can have sex with a 16 year old legally. But 18 having sex with a 15 is criminal. What a world we live in. Similarly it's ok if I have sex with a woman, it's even ok if I give her gifts in order to persuade her to have sex with me. But I can't directly pay her to have sex with me because that's prostitution and illegal. Unless I also film it for distribution and it becomes porn. Edit to fix a typo
