Best piece of advice on here. Sounds daunting to start anew, but, /u/rugga123, you are in your prime. One more thing that I'd add is that always be weary of how much you're investing emotionally. Sounds like you're good with money, you wouldn't put everything you had into a startup with an average idea. Don't do that emotionally either.

Indeed. Can't stand the friend of this chick I've been seeing. She annoys the fuck out of me. In my mind, the feeling was always mutual. I was genuinely being a douchebag to her because I hated her being. However, within a few months of knowing her, she was grabbing my dong and putting it in her mouth...jealous of her best friend it seems.

It's the scarcity principle. By keeping the pussy or the blowjobs infrequent, they believe it is more valuable and something you need to earn. "Oh it's your birthday, sure, here's a blowjob". When someone is out there giving it away more frequently, they hate on them because it reduces the value of their own sexual acts.

Fucking taken women could be a good thing for betas. Think about it. The woman is no longer nagging them for this or that because she is getting some need of hers fulfilled. I was with a married woman months ago and while I don't do this normally, I'm not opposed to it. She wanted it because she desperately needed it. Probably made her feel better and gave her a release of sexual frustration. Also, it likely made her feel more desirable.
