I pretty much exclusively meet them through work, or by going to higher end clubs and hotel bars. In the DR there are a lot of barrio girls and they're usually dirty so go with caution there. But as far as flirting goes I recommend a couple things. 3	Regarding MDMA In my experience it is awful for picking up girls cold. For most people it makes them lose their inhibitions and become much more social... but it does quite the opposite for me.
