Not necessarily. I was 300 pounds in my 20s, started working out at 28 and running 5 miles a day (eventually). I got down to 195 within a year and I just didnt feel right, I was too skinny. I added about 20 pounds of muscle; my ideal weight was 215. Im 5'11", and 215 for me was definitely in no way overweight. I never felt better in my life.

That last part, the zero drama, is honestly the best part as far as I'm concerned. I go over to my friends house and just sit there and watch his gf nag and complain constantly about the littlest things, like the buzzing of a mosquito in your ear. He just sits there and doesn't say a word because he's gotten so used to it and doesn't want to deal with the blowback if he calls her out on any of it anyway. It's really sad and pathetic.
