Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else?Hopefully you're right about them dropping. If I can find a cheap sublet still in the city that'd be pretty nice so moving back here won't be as hard whenever we get that damn vaccine. Though I wouldn't mind staying in a place with more outdoor stuff for now | /r/askTRP | 18/07/20 04:27 PM
Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else? Are you talking about a studio in NYC? Prices haven't dropped all that much afaik, NYC landlords are stubborn af. | /r/askTRP | 18/07/20 04:13 AM
Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else?Ah Montreal would been great. But my company recommended against moving to another country due to tax complications, but not sure how bad the tax complications would be. I'm reluctant to do the West Coast because my company still works on Eastern Time | /r/askTRP | 18/07/20 04:11 AM
Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else?I've sort of considered Denver too because of all the great outdoors stuff you can do there, since all indoor stuff is dead during Covid. Sucks that it's mountain time though, will mess with my work schedule. Aren't Texas and Arizona really bad right now Covid-wise? | /r/askTRP | 18/07/20 04:05 AM
Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else?Any suggestions on locations? My main goal would either be going to a place where I can still work on game, or get some new life experiences I wouldn't be able to get in NYC. (Still have to stay in the US for work though) | /r/askTRP | 17/07/20 05:19 AM
Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else? Thanks for your input man. Yeah the last 4 months have been pretty fucking miserable. I mainly chose this job in NYC over other offers so I could work on game, but seems like that might be a lost cause right now. Do you think the 'burbs or places like Stamford, CT are actually better for working on game than NYC now? I imagine the general reluctance to meet new people and date is prevalent everywhere, but might be worse in NYC given we were the hardest hit and took a lot of effort to flatten the… | /r/askTRP | 17/07/20 05:18 AM
Stay in major city to work on game, or wait out Covid somewhere else?Yeah, fuck De Blasio. The fact that he's still in office somehow shows how much of a liberal brainwashed dump this place is. Yet he still manages to piss off both sides lul Any places you'd recommend going to to wait out this thing? My main goal would either be going to a place where I can still work on game, or get some new life experiences I wouldn't be able to get in NYC. (Still have to stay in the US for work though) | /r/askTRP | 17/07/20 05:05 AM
Lack of confidence with girls due to lack of social lifeI've read the book. It has some decent general tips, but my question is more on how necessary it is to have a social life in terms of game. I'm already pretty busy with work, lifting, hobby, and learning game so I don't really have that much time and energy to devote to building a good social circle. | /r/askTRP | 09/06/20 12:54 AM
Lack of confidence with girls due to lack of social lifeAt the dance classes I go to, most people actually do show up and then leave right after. I talk to the people there sometimes, but haven't really established much of a connection with anyone. Like I'll chat with someone for 3 mins before class, then class begins and afterwards everyone just leaves. Maybe it's just me, but seems like people don't really go out of their way to socialize. Can you elaborate on why it's "baaad"? Bad because if a girl finds out I don't have a thriving social life she… | /r/askTRP | 09/06/20 12:47 AM
Lack of confidence with girls due to lack of social lifeI get what you're saying, but I didn't actively choose to not make any friends because of red pill theory. I just chose to focus on work, lifting, learning dance, and learning game and ended up not having the time, energy or motivation to build a social circle. I had friends before I moved to this city and while I appreciated them, we were all introverted guys that didn't hang out that often anyways. A social life just hasn't been that crucial a part of my life so far. Perhaps I don't know what … | /r/askTRP | 09/06/20 12:39 AM
Lack of confidence with girls due to lack of social lifeIs trying to make friends while solo clubbing feasible? Most people seem to go clubbing with their group of friends so how open would they really be to some random loner guy? Also clubs are so loud, it's almost impossible to hear anyone talk. I get that one can use non-verbals to attract girls in a club, but can you really do that when trying to make friends? Also when you say a social circle will enrich your life, does that include success with women? What if I like to play video games and my s… | /r/askTRP | 09/06/20 12:26 AM
COVID = Cold Approach Dead ForeverThanks for sharing your experience. The rules for mask wearing here are about the same as yours, except I think if you're outdoors and can't stay 6 ft away from people you still have to wear a mask (but that's hard to enforce) I also did an approach on a girl who had no mask and she gave me a "wtf" look and kept on walking. That one might've just been a normal rejection, or it could've been her fear of COVID; it's possible she just wanted to go outside for fresh air and not wear a mask without g… | /r/seduction | 29/05/20 02:17 AM
COVID = Cold Approach Dead ForeverDo you wear a mask when you approach? I live in a city where 70% of the people are wearing masks, including lots of girls I'd like to approach. The other day I approached one girl with a mask who had a very negative reaction. I hadn't even finished opening when she started telling me to leave her alone. I couldn't hear exactly what she said under the mask, but "I don't want to get sick" might've been said too. | /r/seduction | 28/05/20 10:55 PM
Cold Approach During CoronavirusAlso considering it, but concerned about extremely negative reactions from people due to approaching during coronavirus. I'm in a city where masks are required indoors and even outdoors if 6 ft distancing isn't possible | /r/seduction | 27/05/20 01:12 AM
I just started daygame ... in Corona times (and some learnings)I'm in NYC | /r/seduction | 24/05/20 04:05 PM
Face MasksI'm not convinced we need these masks either. But if 70% of girls are blindly believe the government that "not wearing masks is unethical and a danger to everyone", then they might auto reject on some moral high ground bullshit if we're not wearing a mask right? | /r/seduction | 24/05/20 04:58 AM
Face MasksIn the city I live in, it's required by law to wear it inside stores and even outdoors if 6ft social distancing isn't possible. Though they haven't been really enforcing the outdoor mask policy as about 50% of the people don't wear it. I actually do see quite a few hot girls wearing masks, probably more so than not. | /r/seduction | 24/05/20 04:51 AM
I just started daygame ... in Corona times (and some learnings)Nice dude, glad you're already getting some positive results. Question, are you wearing a face mask when you daygame? The city I live in requires people to wear it indoors and outdoors whenever 6 ft social distance isn't possible. I'm debating whether to wear one. If I wear one, the girl can't get a proper look at my face, I can't smile, and my voice is muffled. On the other hand, some girls may get freaked out by someone approaching them not wearing a mask (especially the ones wearing masks the… | /r/seduction | 24/05/20 04:10 AM
Indirect daygameThanks for your reply. I too would prefer to go indirect whenever possible, the tough part for me is just finding a good "excuse" to open a girl without telling her she's cute and pedestalizing. But I'll give those walk openers that durdensworld mentioned a try. | /r/askTRP | 20/05/20 03:21 AM
Indirect daygameThanks again for the detailed advice. It sounds like I've been too fixated on the whole "not making it look fake" thing rather than having the right frame. I'll give those walk openers a try; it seems like they still signal to the girl that I'm interested in her, but I guess that's fine since I'm not going all the way by telling her she's cute and pedestalizing and they're just to start the conversation. | /r/askTRP | 20/05/20 03:20 AM
Indirect daygameThanks for the detailed and well thought out post. Commenting on an item in the environment the girl is using makes sense, and in general I prefer using indirect if possible for the reasons you mentioned. The hardest scenario for me is when I'm just on the street and see a cute girl walking. When you say "mention something about the girl walking", can you give some examples that don't involve pedestalizing her? I guess if she's wearing something kind of unique you could comment on that, but if s… | /r/askTRP | 19/05/20 05:09 AM

How are you guys getting girls during quarantine?Yeah been thinking about this same problem. On good weather days, I see girls walking around outside pretty often here so I'm tempted to approach. But I don't want to violate anyone's safety and space if they're actually trying to avoid people. That said, the risk of this appears overblown for most people. The latest stats in my area show that ages 18-44 have a 0.02% of dying from COVID, and a 1.7% chance of getting hospitalized. | /r/askTRP | 03/05/20 04:44 PM
Daygaming during quarantine?Yeah the current stats are showing it being way less than 5% for people aged 18-44 too. Like 15 out of 100,000 people dying, which is 0.02% or so. Personally I'm not that worried about that risk. More just on the acceptability of approaching during this time (ie. the girl or bystanders massively overreacting and reporting me for violating social distancing. It's actually a ticket-able offence in my city right now sadly) | /r/askTRP | 03/05/20 04:38 PM
