You should try reading sources you disagree with more often I read sources I disagree with all the time. Rational wiki is NOT a "source," it's an agenda driven smear site. And trust me, I've read enough of it to know the agenda. Imagine if I posted a counter point from conservapedia? Lmao would you take it seriously? Of course you wouldnt.

Depends on the situation since there a lot people siting in jail for violent crimes just for being scary which in most cases is inexcusable while mental illness do not for the most part cause violence it dose cause agression. You mean people sitting in jail for making terroristic threats, attempted murder, and harassment? These are the types of people you argue are just "being aggressive" but not "violent?" It not fair to society and perpetrator that we have rules about human behavior that not b…

Nonviolent crimes, sure. But violent crimes you should have to sit behind bars. This includes attempted murder and negligent manslaughter. The state of NY just passed such a system, where only rape murder and domestic violence are now going result in being held until trial. For every other crime (assault, robbery, negligent manslaughter, drinking and driving, possession of any drugs, selling drugs to kids, owning and distributing child pornography, including all other misdenoner sex charges [gro…
