In both cases it is stupidity, you really shouldn't upload pictures to a cloud and you should also disable all autoupload things that your phones has. A lot of nude pictures of non celebrities ended up on the internet because of that. And beside that, how does him sending those pictures justify her sharing them? Plenty of people have tried, and the courts have shut them down most of the time. Not enough people cared That's my point, we have to go out and reach more people. You won't find new members when you post in R/Mensrights because all the people who come here are already interested in helping men. We need to reach other people so we get bigger and stronger.

I don't know how you guys can change laws in the usa. In Germany we have to make sign papers. Example, if we want to legalize weed we have to get all the people together who want it and make them sign the papers, if we have enough they government will make a vote. It's somehow like that. You guys could try to reach other men and women and tell them the situation. Say that many guys get in prison and other trouble because of the false accusations.

why should I donate money to those groups? I don't live in the USA and I'm not affected by your laws. Germany is actually a good balanced country. But when there is something I don't like, I go to demonstration and I sign petitions.

If you do this in germany, you do not only have to pay the damage you did but you also go to jail for like 3 years. dejure.org says that you can get 6 months jail or even 10 years, depends on what you did. You can read it here
