You see it in celebrities so much - Chris Pratt, Jason Momoa etc that they get hotter or more famous and then leave as they think they can do better now. Dated a guy back in college who was not conventionally attractive but who I thought was funny and amazing. Friends couldn't understand, as I was a head turner and thought I could do better.
