Kerrigan's Writing to the Point is pretty amazing and worth taking a look at if you treasure instruction on methods of clear writing.

Just a quick reply. You'll notice that (Rollo, I believe) has a timeline where he points out the relative strength of hypergamy through a woman's life. Notice the age of the author of "First Kill All...", and who her most successful readers are going to be. Women whose biology is not driving them as strongly as it might have previously. Yes, these women are more "motivated" to make "rational" choices, and clearly her movement has shown that. In fact, as an older person with an older wife, it's m…

I said this in another post: Get a woman attorney. Get an expensive one. Do NOT cheap out on divorce. Like they said, this is war. Don't buy bombs that are duds. If you can find just ONE person who will recommend the attorney THEY used in their divorce and was happy with, go with that attorney. You want an attorney who is going to fight for you even more than you're willing to fight for yourself. They have seen it all: trust them (the good ones). I asked around for two years before someone I wor…

Top notch report, and definitely helpful for those of us playing on hard mode. Thanks.

Here to back you up on that newspaper in the shoes. Works great. If they smell really bad before you try the newspaper, the following will reset: put the sneakers in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer for a day or two. Kills the bacteria. Then stuff with newspaper as they dry out, and use newspaper every day or so when you wear them. If even that doesn't take care of everything, try a drop of some essential oil in each shoe, or one of those one-drop bathroom deodorizers.

Man, you are so talking about me. My biggest anger these days isn't directed at my wife, it's at me. In my early 60's, and I'm just so pissed off because every time I start exercising, I get an injury. 2 years ago I started calibrating so I could BEGIN a regular bodyweight (!) program. Did 30 pushups. By evening I had to see the doctor to get a steroid shot because my shoulder hurt worse than any gout attack I ever had. Start doing some medium-weight kettlebell swings, and that works pretty well…

Good one! Heraclitus FTW. "Character is fate." He predates Epictetus by about 500 years.

At the bottom of the Wikipedia entry for Shuhari is a link for the Dreyfus model of skill acquisition. Very useful. I use it all the time as a teacher.

First, I'm agreeing with your point. It's a big ocean. Still, I wish people would lay off the 3.5 billion number. Because that's about how many females are on planet Earth. But you're not (I'm making an assumption here...) talking about fucking 2-year-old girls or 70-year-old women. Or even 10-year-old girls or 60-year-old women. Or 15-year-old girls or...you get my point. Fact of the matter is, the number of women who could successfully pass your criteria is likely to be under a billion. That's…

As Jack Nicholson's character says in "As Good As It Gets": Receptionist: How do you write women so well? Melvin Udall: I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability.

Sorry - humor apparently doesn't come across well in text. I was making an insiders' comment on how tough MRP can appear to whiners. How MRP is RP on hard mode. I actually appreciate that about MRP.

Seriously, MRP would have the suckiest embassy: "I'm stuck in this horrible country and am seeking asylum!" "Go pound sand, weak sauce. Come back here when you no longer need us, and can file a useful field report. G'wan, get the hell out of here!"

No prob. Everyone here in the Manosphere gives props to Marcus Aurelius, while forgetting from whom he learned Stoicism in the first place: Epictetus. If you want the stripped-down, concise, immediate form of Epictetus, you want to read Enchiridion (ancient Greek for "the handbook"): http://classics.mit.edu/Epictetus/epicench.html Edit: there's even a modern fun translation on the web: http://www.ideonautics.com/manual2.htm

Your take on the strong alpha woman rings true from my experience in the BDSM community. So many woman are worn out from having to take the reins - or from having put themselves in a position of taking the reins - that outside of their work (career work, or even work in the home), they are dying inside for someone else to take control. Someone else to lead.

Right there is advice gold. When I got divorced, I asked EVERYONE I knew that was divorced if they would recommend their lawyer. Only ONE guy did, and I went with that one. Best decision ever. She was expensive as hell, but EVERY time she stepped into court, she spanked my wife's shitty cut-rate attorneys. Get a female lawyer who is on your side. Makes your wife look like an ass.
