I don't like drinking that much because 1. I hate hangovers that keep me from the gym 2. I have to drive home. I'm worried that they're gonna want me to drink more, and if I refuse they're gonna think I'm a slapdick who has no fun and drop me.

I'm fully convinced that it's all diet. Dont be afraid to eat a lot all the time. Buy mass gainer and down that shit with whole milk and peanut butter. Shit, add vanilla ice cream too. Lift 5 times a week. I looked up a basic 5x5 guide on exercise.com and got great results. You will put on some fat, but honestly you're going to look big as fuck so it doesn't matter. I gained 20 pounds over the summer and my bench went up 30 pounds. lift for performance/strength and the looks will come.

First week back at uni was absolutely fucking amazing. Spent the entire summer hard bulking, lifting. I gained significant mass. I happen to be a 16 year old dude who goes to a private, christian school where nothing "crazy" really goes down.
