Agreed. But. Like... Starting a business will take hundreds of hours. You can beat yourself up for not working 5 hours a day on it (after work) or you can grab a beer after doing, say, 2. You can always do more, but consider a bit of life balance so you don't go fucking insane.

210 -> 170. I ran/walked a lot. Body weight stuff, pull ups, push ups, dips. I ate about 1200 calories a day, but I'd cheat a bit on a weekend with 3k cals on some Saturdays. Got up to half marathons and it just takes a long time.

You're right on frame. Mine's pretty lean. I dropped 40 after college so here's one tip: even when you get to a weight where you'd be cool to toss your shirt off and enjoy a day on the beach and feel GREAT.... you can still lose about 10-15 pounds of fat.

Thanks for the guide. Most of it makes sense for a semi-advanced destroyer of women like myself.
