That’s the best thing you can do. It will bug you for couple of days. Then it will normalize. I would say don’t think about why she messaged, what she wants, does she wants to meet with you, etc. the most precious thing is time. Once lost lost forever. Make sure you dont waste in something worthless. So don’t reply. Don’t break no contact. Don’t even give a second of ur life to her.

There are different things that people do to get over it. You have to figure out what works for you. For me i tried couple of things like focussing more on work/career, start eating healthy, workout, read good books, etc. the most helpful thing was meditation. I had many confusion about meditation. How do you do it ? How to focus? What to focus on? etc. What i found was just sit in relaxing state for specific time (10,20,30 mins) everyday or twice daily. Thats it. Thats what it is.
