dude you're fucking 19. You have ALL of your 20s ahead of you. Chill.

Invest in a good clinical psychologist. Start journalling daily. Based on your post, you have far too many peripheral issues to be focusing on game and picking up women. Deal with your mental state. 28 is still young, you have many years of good dating ahead of you but ONLY if you deal with your shit first. If you keep complaining and lamenting instead of taking action, those years will dwindle away too. Basic therapists you pay $50 an hour for are not equipped to deal with these kinds of issues…

Talk slower. Read her (or anyone's) body language as a form of instant feedback. If you are being engaging and articulate, she will be watching your face, hands, eyes, mouth. If you are doing a poor job she will be glancing around the room, looking at her phone, interrupting you. Use hand gestures. On a date, make good eye contact, emphasize jokes by lightly pushing / pulling her. Hold her hand while talking. You cannot force this, but if you talk about something you are genuinely passionate abo…

Not worth it. Certainly a fake profile. Do yourself a favor and forget about her (him).

Talk enough that they understand you're not a creep / fuckboy. Don't ask boring questions that indicate you don't give a fuck about them as people "what do you do for work" etc. Eventually you will get a feeling for when it's appropriate to ask the woman out. Sometimes I will get a date with a girl after 6 messages, sometimes I'll text her for a week. If you rush it, they will feel it and ghost you. Then after a decent exchange, don't beat around the bush and ask. No segues. Just go "hey let's g…

Underrated post. Dating apps are tough because you don't get to convey your personality in any way. But this is great for following up on approaches. Thanks.

You probably have an angle in these interactions. Making people like you, being attractive, being perceived as fun, confident yada yada yada. If you are trying to make people perceive you that way, they will pick up on the fact that you're having this interaction for yourself and at their expense. How about you try finding your inner confidence and stop relying on other people to make you feel complete. Notice how you never seem to find friends on purpose? They kind of just come into your life. …

From the sounds of it, she definitely does not want to hang out with you this week. Why? Who the fuck knows. Why hasn't she had sex in a long time? Maybe she had some trauma and wanted to try having sex again to see how she felt, and it made her feel bad about herself. The list of reasons why she could potentially not want to see you again are limitless. If you were my friend IRL I'd tell you to move on and forget about it. Also my rule of thumb is if I genuinely don't think I did anything wrong…

Could be she feels like you're rushing her to have sex again. But honestly who knows what emotions she is feeling. Best not to try and guess because you'll almost certainly be wrong. No point being petty about it either. I'd just say "cool, lmk when you're free again" and then forget about it. She may respond again, she may not. Who cares. If you guys do end up communicating again, let her be the one to initiate. I've had the same type of shit happen where the girl will hit me up again weeks or …

There's nothing wrong with that. Night game isn't for everyone. If you're on dating apps and practicing day time approaches, just keep doing that and get better at it. Make your profile better and get more numbers in. I'm much better at giving advice for when you're actually face to face with a girl on a date so if you ever want help with that dm me.

I am not trying to flex here. I'm trying to reassure you that our particular age does not matter in the slightest. To answer your question, I usually go to bars. Another user recently made a post about cold approaching chicks during the day. You should give it a read.

I'm 26 going on 27 as well. I regularly bang 19-22 year olds. Of course I'll date girls up to 29 but I have a preference for younger chicks. There's definitely A LOT of time before you start being that weird old dude who shouldn't be in the club. If dating apps aren't cutting it for you, go out and start getting used to approaching women. Fortune favors the bold; not the meek and cowardly who complain on the internet instead of fixing their life.

I agree with this. The only thing I would change is if she cancels the date within 5 hours of the time we're supposed to meet up, I cut her out for good unless it's a SUPER good reason.

Depends on how close I am with the woman. If this is a first / second date I will usually say "cool." in a completely deadpan way and then immediately change the subject, or purposely let an awkward silence ensue. If I have been seeing this chick for 3+ dates I'll simply state "Don't tell me about other guys." and leave it at that. That has only ever been received well. If a girl were to get defensive and try to call me out for being 'jealous' (something which has never happened) I would simply …

Neediness is a self-esteem issue. You don't act needy around girls who you see as below you - fair enough. But you said it yourself "I am afraid I won't find someone like this in a long time." You don't have the self belief that you deserve a woman like that, so you self-sabotage. You overthink. You place discordant notes in the rhythm of the conversation. If you want to abolish neediness, you need to work on your self esteem. People on this reddit will give you platitudes like "go to the gym", …

You lack internal confidence. You're not going to fix this overnight. No one on the internet is going to fix this for you. Confidence is simply the belief that what you said or did is correct. You can say something completely retarded and still have 100% confidence in it. When you imitate confidence, you shut yourself off to learning and growing. The real way to approach these situations is to be completely genuine, all of the time with no exceptions, and then reflect on WHY you acted that way. …

You're WAY overthinking this buddy. Nothing wrong with smiling and saying thanks. I get the same comments all the time and I'll either move past it, or if I feel like teasing her I'll say "no your hands are just tiny" as I put my hand up to compare with hers. Being concerned with coming across as awkward and forcing a "witty" or "flirty" response is going to come across ten times worse than just smiling and saying thanks.

Nobody can give you an answer for this. Your experiences are idiosyncratic. You're obviously not confident being yourself. Maybe you developed approval seeking behaviors by trying to impress your parents. Who knows. My advice would be to journal about it every day until you find the answers for yourself. Everybody wants an easy and quick answer for problems they can't immediately find the solutions to. I've been there many times. Just keep trying to figure it out and eventually the answers will …
