Yes, but the grey area is grey because everyone has their line at different points. one of the major themes of seduction is the idea that there are many women in the world who are right for you, so if this one doesn't work out it's fine. That mindset will make you a lot more attractive to women, and you will be more confident in yourself.

I'm probably not the best source of information on this, but yes, this will help you. Maybe not with her, but in the long run. The best piece of advise I can give you is do not pursue her. Let her know you are interested, but don't make it seem like she is the only thing in your life. That is a huge turn off
