Should we do a "one year from now add _____ skill to your life"? I would think its a good idea

It's such a damn good feeling, I just feel so alive, when I am deadlifting more weight than I ever have and my legs shake and the rep is finished and my form is pushed to the limit and then slowly down to the finish BOOM I'm cavemanly shoulders rising weight killer! Nothing beats my pain I am gifted for lifting and pushing my body to lift of break trying

Do you have a copy of the book to share?

Very true. For one to become natural at such a seemingly unnatural act, practice is key. Practice the little moments where its innocent and harmless, then use that honed precision to devastating effect in high pressure, high powered situations.

You know, thats a really good point. I am reading love articles and asking her about it, and thats a good thing. However, my ass is covered. I go back to Europe for the Spring semester in a few weeks and she knows it :D

Can you explain a little more?

Exactly. She's gotta be more invested than I am. You're exactly correct when you say "you don't wanna come off as trying too hard" I also call it thirsty. Don't want to seem like you're craving or wanting that drink as it gives her the power over you.

as /r/outside might say, "Level up your character by completing quests" but honestly you gotta learn to talk about yourself and your life in a fluid, interesting, and masculine manner. Eye contact, controlling the speed and tone of your voice, and body language are key components. Remember (if you're just starting out which I assume you are) that its more how you say then what you say at the low-levels, but both as you progress. (think first date vs presidential address.)

Just add them into your conversation repertoire. A man of value, having read and explored the world, has lots and lots of topics to converse or speak on. Just add them into the mix of the many awesome things you're comfortable talking about.

Psychopathic tendencies...I'll keep things smooth sailing, no bumps to throw off the vibe or connection, with lies. Does it matter more that I read it and held frame during the questions or that she can ask a single question and I roll over instantly?

No. Since I hadn't read the article wink wink I just rolled into more conversation after dinner.

I edited it just moments ago. Thank you for your feedback! Try it, but be warned that an article like that is chick crack. No doubt lots of girls have read it, pin it/instagram it/etc. I would keep the format (i.e. "Whats your perfect holiday trip") or spontaneously complementing her (to get the 5 positive qualities back and forth question).

Don't hate the game if you're losing, step it up--practice and improve.

Did this last night (spoiler: done in a TRP manner it works). I'll type up a FR tonight after the gym.

Self-fulfilling efforts, right? I will remember that; perhaps I can look into other places to put my thoughts to get results. Start small, make gains, then look to the bigger picture. Once the results are achieved, then the validation is met and can move forward. 

Thanks for the encouragement; knowing I am doing it is a good first step. I think that I can overcome the nurture (raised by mother) and reconnect or reinvigorate my nature (being a man) through discipline. As someone said, it is battles that make men from boys, and a disciplined daily grind is a new battle each day.

Afraid of success was a problem I had as well. It's much easier to recover from falling off the 3rd floor than from the 20th, is the fear mentality; working and improving upon yourself so you won't fall as easy is key to overcoming it.

Good point. I used to share goals when I BP my way through life; I needed the external validation. Now it's less talk, more action

I'm in my final year of graduate school. Far more of the women that started this MscEcon program have switched (to PoliSci, or Sociology...weird) or dropped out than men.
