Of the 14 all 14 were already dismissed by a US court of law but because UK law works different and it was a defimation case they only had to technically be true, that doesn't make them legitimate. The lawsuit against the paper was because all the "evidence" they offered up was already dismissed in an earlier court case because he had either been provoked with violence and taunting or because it was fake and she lied about it.
