Your lawyer will fill you in about everything you need to know. CPS is keeping you away from the home as a better safe then sorry method. Things you can do: keep going to your AA meetings and keep working on staying sober. Stress like this can act as strong temptation to use again. 2nd Only communicate with your wife, nobody else in her family. Your wife can be very helpful to tell you how that side of investigation is going. 3rd Trust in your little girl to tell the truth. Its unlikely she will…

How many doctors when telling new parents about circumcision inform them about the risk of death?

Realisticly the media in general is pick and choose about what rape jokes and what not they report on. It depends what pisses off SJWs. Family Guy makes rape jokes from time to time and nobody bats an eye.

If a man threated to leak nudes of a woman if she didnt pay people would lose their shit. But here we have lawyers saying such threats of "embaressment" souldnt void contracts

Though your comments are true, its not quite what shes saying. She says it should be illegal for a man to leave a pregnant woman, except leaving a pregnant woman does not relieve you of parental responsability.

I like this even tho im against alimony. It allows the woman who needs the help getting started after a divorce but it does not give her the ability to sleep around well someone else pays the bill.

Why is the roommate not being charged as well? If she gave booze to boy, pressured him to drink or knew her roommate was going to have sex with him?

My problem with this is even in places where 16 is legal its still illegal for a teacher to sleep with a student. This woman should have made the choice to be a teacher or fuck 16 year olds.

When it comes to stars who believe in real gender equality nobody has a problem. Its the stars that bitch about wage inequality at the oscars , write books falsely claming rape or admitting to rapeing a man these feminist stars are the problem.

Their is discrimination in international soccer. Yes the Hope Solo assault would be handled diffrently if she was male. However the women in the world cup have had to play on fake turf.

Didn't Nungesser provide messages that poked huge holes in the girls story? And didnt he also face clams from 3 of her friends (one of whom was a man) and was cleared on those charges as well? He was also investigated by NYPD who cleared him as well?

This video has 16 views and the user has 1 sub. Not something to worry about. Your user name says alot about you. Let me clear something up for you this sub reddit is about mens rights not hate towards women. We do not hate women we have mothers, wifes and sister who we love very much. I think your hate would be better on another sub reddit, thank you.

This is true eqalitarians and feminist (the pure one) have the same core belief. And many feminist have jumped ship to avoid the stigma that feminism currently has. Both Mens rights groups and feminism face the same issue, the radicals in both groups are the ones getting their messages spread. It hurts both movements and has turned them against each other. Also many men also prefer eqalitarian as it is a more gender nutral term.

Partners no matter how the family is made up should be equal.

Also try Egalitarianism. Many people who don't like how the gender issues are so split find themselfs in this group

Get a lawyer. The fact you live in another state complicates your issues very much. It maybe easier to work with the childrens mother and work out a plan for you to go to new mexico for weekend visits every now and then.

Mens groups are not really anti feminist, if by feminist you mean equlity of the genders. Mens groups will often fight many feminist talking points such as wage gap & campus rape stats. Mens groups often show the flaws in the studies used by feminist. Mens groups also act to raise awareness of legal and social issues facing men. Masculinity is not seen as an issue with mens groups any more then feminity is an issue with feminist

Your right most people dont carry multiple forms of photo id but if they have anyyhing else you could match names. Many fake ids have fake names as for verifying id it is diffrent everywhere. For example my drivers licence (britsh columbia) has micro lettering in background, provincial hologram on back, small 3d photo with birth year.

I feel sorry for the girl. But 17 years never coming forward she had a couple kids started a family. Not once did she come forward. She had plenty of time even if ya excuse 10 years because of the real abuse she suffered.

We need to start teaching boys to not loose their shit when their dicks get hard. Don't trust condoms the girl provides, check id or im on the pill bs. The law is not going to trust you so be careful. Safe sex has become more then rubbers and pills its become consent contracts and id checks

Maybe talk to your mom. I understand that as the "child" in this you feel hurt and betrayed as well (my dad cheated on my mom, so I know the feeling) but she is your mom. Tell her you know what she has done and give her the chance to come clean herself. If she refuses then go to your dad. Your dad won't need your legal advice, he can get a lawyer for that. As his kid he needs you for emotional support.

No, and TYT is just dragging MRAs into this to get views. The guy who wrote the blog is not MRA. MRAs had nothing to do with it.
