That's the ripple effect that we'll have across all currencies. I want to know if only a few sectors of the economy are affected or its getting inflated throughout sectors? 1	Why did Henry Ford pay his works well above market rate? Isn’t it the priority of business to chase the lowest costing Labour? Most of the comments have missed it here. While ford did increase wages he also increased the speed of the production line to a greater extent. Thereby actually reducing cost/units produced. Making the production line at that time in history is what enabled economies of scale and ultimately what made him rich. The other points about increased worker productivity and training costs et al is just good talking points done for PR by the company.
