I’m 6’4 jacked af , been lifting for 10+ years. It’s easy af , work on yourself , bitches will come , never chase pussy. Chase money and put yourself first. Took a few screenshots: https://ibb.co/471ZTy4 https://ibb.co/59vvyCw https://ibb.co/VSGzy57 https://ibb.co/h2PgYng

Really impressive man, I’m about to start residency soon ( finishing up subi’s right now in my 4th year of medschool) and been on TRP since my late teens when I actually started college . Glad to see where I can be in another 5-10 years . Your right about everything, i started from the bottom and I can say right now I’m heading to be in the top 1% of men in the next 5-10 years

I read posts like these when I was 17/18 years ago here on TRP, back when you had guys tren and guys like Rollo writing their first books. New teenagers read this and take it to heart, I’m 10 years out basically from starting my TRP journey... I promise you, it’s all worth it. Delayed Gratification will reward those who are consistent , resilient , and work hard AND smart .

Was with a girl for 5 years who had DSM V Criteria for Borderline Personality Disorder , everything you said and more that I have read through the years of TRP proved right. I was going through a time close to the end of my medschool where I was working 100+ hour weeks in the hospital and studying at any leftover time I had, she decided to leave me then because I spent to much time on my "career". It came out of nowhere and the 2nd she left, I was dead to her. She didn't give any fucks about me …

About to finish medschool in a few months . 8 years of total schooling plus another 3-6 of residency training in the new few years. People ask me all the time , you must be super smart ! Nah , just average intelligence with consistent work. That’s it. I knew I was never gonna be naturally smart , so I did what others didn’t and worked/studied consistently everyday . Same shit with working out and finance. Can’t believe I got to this sub 7-8 years ago as a lil winy bitch starting college and now …

As someone in medschool myself, this is great story and inspirational. I myself didn’t have a family and learned most off the lessons he taught you by constantly fukin up and learning from my Fuk ups. Having a mentor like that is a great blessing, I’m sure you already know that tho based on your write up

Used to bounce during college , was fun in the begging but I never though I would say it , but partying got old after the first 3-4 months. Had a lot of cool stories from it and met a lot of people, but damn did it make me lose all faith in women lol

Current girl is a 22 y/o smoking hot bpd type II disorder imo, maybe hypomania? Probably other shit to, never been diagnosed but i'm a doc so i can tell lol. She tests my frame like no other bitch, keeps me on my toes. the second i start to soften, i can see the change. Some don't like it, I want it. I've been with way to many boring women, give me a women with daddy issues all day. Its only my turn anyways.

I have this attitude with this plate I've been seeing for 3-4 months now. She said she loved me a few days ago and I just looked at her and said tahts great and I know she does. I know she'll eventually get bored of me and my excitness will wear off and shes gonna be off to another guy. I'm doing what your doing at 23 and in 10 years I'll be doing shit you wish you could. I learn from you guys wisdom but don't shit on or generalize all young guys.

I went from obese to competitive bodybuilder years ago and to this day I don't tell people about my old self. People want to naturally believe you're just genetically gifted. My advice to you is this, once you reach your goal weight-don't ever tell anyone you used to be fat. Let them believe you were gifted and naturally talented, its fits their narrative better and makes your achievements look effortless (another law from green's book).
/r/TheRedPill15/06/17 02:55 PM
2

I purposely detach myself from my plates every time I feel like I'm getting to involved, just to get a fresh perspective. Always I end up enjoying the plates more when I'm back from the break and they as well. I'm essentially soft nexting them, but I do this with all things. Friends, family, Greek yogurt, a specific restaurant or drink, etc.

instead of getting a personal trainer, learn how to use the equitpment yourself. do teh research, test your diet and progress, record everything. You will get to mastery a lot quicker that way. This is coming from a person that worked as a personal trainer in college, notice how all the jacked dudes in the gym got no personal trainer. we all start somewhere, create a good foundation by doing it yourself.

For some reason even though I've been spinning a few plates for the past few months, my ego always comes in the way when I found out these girls are fuckin other guys on the side, even if it is some beta fuck who's all emotional with them. Do you stick to seeing this girl once or twice a week? I've recently gone down to two plates that I hook up with regularly and one of them is miles better in terms of spending time then the other. The thing is, I am very cautious of spending more then 1 or 2 times a week with any girl I'm with as to not let them get comfortable. Appreciate the wisdom man

bro i know you're trying to oversimplify this but I'm sure you can appreciate the biochemistry of the body and how its not that simple. Unsaturated fats are good for you because they can be used to maximise the most amount of energy per gram. Same with carbs, brown rice is a good carb since its low on the glycemic index thus not promoting spiking of insulin vs like a poptart which is also 50g's of carbs but completly high glycemic and shit. Carb's are not evil nor is fat inherently good, it's ho…

Man i learned this lesson from watching a senior surgeon get in major shit for sleeping with some of the medical student 3rd years. Almost lost his chief attending status. Its a easy temptation, but just not worth it if you're a successful male. Get your pussy from somewhere else where the bitch can't follow you around or spread rumors. On a sidenote wish I could sleep with attending doc's and get honor pass evaluations like my female medical student counterparts lol

I said something similar in a different post which was you can meet a girl somewhere close by for a first date, don't spend any money (that is a hard rule I never budge on, idc who she is), and then about 45-50 mins into the date, make an excuse to go back to my place. My place is usually 4-5 mins from the bar and so its very efficient. Ofcourse I always logistically plan from my bed back to meeting so there are no hiccups. I watched both of his new specials since I'm a huge standup commedy fan, he even mentioned how Bill Cosby's rape victims had "8 hours of sleep in them" and how they were all "allegations" . He talks so much about how marriage is a bad contract, like you said. Like they say, you can say so much truth if you can make the people laugh. His jokes on feminists were point on to and female logic.

This is good for DTF girls for sure, but some girls might feel their slut defensive up (even though AWALT). Instead if you meet them out at a bar super close and then tell them to come back to see your cool poster, it can be hamstered in their head that it was just to see the poster and not to have sex. If you're high SMV most of the time they're down, this from my past experiences. I am not saying your strategy doesn't work (I've had girls come over straight to my place first date from tinder),…

Most people are fat , some are just better at showing it. Visceral fat is actually worse than subcutaneous fat. Most fatties and landwhales have both, never big boned. I have a lot of fun in clinic when I treat these landwhales and explain to them that the bodymass index does not care about your "natural curves" and "beauty standards" lol.

Great article. On a side note, if a man with low tests wants to safely run Test...he has to get it illegally since TRT is usually given to dudes over 40 with abysmal test levels, but if your a trans wanting to become a female or male, you get all the hormones you want. lol

If you're muscular, dress well, have a good job or rich/wealthy, look nice then you shouldn't have any issues at your hieght, and honestly the girls would only be shit testing you on the height if they saw that you cared about it (ie: weakness) Now if you have two similar guys who are both muscular, rich, good game, well off, attractive,etc...and the only difference is height-I can see the taller guy being picked. bro it happens to all of us. Glad to realized your mistakes, learn from them, and don't make them again. I myself realized I failed some pretty obvious shit tests this weekend with a girl I met at a party, and it led to her flaking on me yesterday. To give some context, I'm 6'4 and 248lb and shredded af, still she didn't care. She wen't from buying me drinks to not responding to my texts about hanging out = thus the flake. The hierarchy of how strong men and skilled professionals are made are very analogous. It the surgery room, the surgeon will rip you a new asshole, but you take it like a man. Why? Because all they care about are results, the attending doesn't give a fuck that you tried. And boy, will he let you know. It's a right of passage for all surgeons, to fuck up and get criticized for it, learn where you messed up, and make sure not to do it again. After the initial few months of hard pain and feeling in…

You're a dick bro, I wouldn't compromise a true bromance to prove a point. No matter what your buddy says , he's going to despise what you did. I wouldve never put myself in that situation, could've have easily fucked some other girl. I know TRP isint about moral vs immoral and your FR does prove the point the sidebar mentions, I just don't see the trade off. You can ignore this if this guy wasn't really your "boy". They do cause acne to those predisposed to it more, just like MPB. You can avoid many to almost all of the side effects of PHD's by having constant blood levels instead of fluctuacting levels. Stick to short esters and ED pins if you can.
/r/TheRedPill05/10/16 03:31 PM

Bro, take isotretinoin for atleast 6 months minimum. You're going to have a increased phase of acne because of the sebaceous glands being cleared out. Isotretinoin inhibits crucial parts of the ETC for bacteria and thus can't produce the sebum that eventually causes acne upon irritation with the hair follicles. Please, Accutane is the apex of acne treatment. Stick to it, get yourself some chapsticks, and keep lifting bro.

I read the whole thing and it's very insightful about the rather subtle underlying communication an alpha male gives off in his everyday interactions . So much this. My girl cheated on me with a guy I knew back then. Cut them both out of my life, didn't say a word to either. I was a bouncer at the time and could have easily fucked this guy up and even could have told one of my homegirls to beat the shit out of my girl that cheated. Never did any of that, I knew I was just along for the ride.I didn't engage any talks with her since I didn't want to validate her either for anything, just straight ghosted. girls are replaceable , time isn't.

Surgical residency here in the US is mostly a old boys club. You do see female surgeons match into surgical residency , but one would think the program directors would know not to rank someone who will only practice for a few years and then get pregenant/quit practicing. Goal is surgery man, but I'm still in preclinical years of medschool.

As we say on TRP...She was never yours , just your turn. You did the right thing , make sure even when she blows up your texts to not respond. Don't give her the satisfaction of closure , she will try to pin you out as the uncaring asshole who left the relationship. However if you never answer, she won't find her closure and you most likely retain your dignity.

6'4 and 250ish , lean as fuck...got veins on my calves. Am also not natty at all lol, so the guy above is full of shit sayin hes 250+ and natty. Your body is very efficient machine, if you do not need the muscle it will get rid of it. Hormones are the feedback loop to your body telling it what pathways to go down, so someone saying their 250+ natty and lean as fuck is a lie since your body will not naturally make 4-5x the normal test or free sgbh in your blood

I know here on TRP, it's not looked down upon for using escorts and shit, but I believe "you always pay for pussy" isn't true. I've met women (and many others too) who I/they fucked within the same night and didn't spend a dime on them or even in the future. We would fuck and that's it. Very good post man. Started working as a bouncer when I was 20 in college, 22 now. Absolutely agree. Currently 6'4-6'3 and 245-250 took me a lot of work. My buddy and ex-workout partner was 5'8 and looked way more swole like 2 years into lifting while it took me 4-5 years to get to where I look massive in normal vnecks and shirts. For sure much harder to look like you lift when tall, but the longer time sacrifice is worth it. You look so much more better as well.

I remember my mentor telling me , it's about disciplin. Do you have the discipline to not text her even when you want to? To not get overly emotional even though everything inside you wants too? Being discipline enough to not fall into the beta tendencies that come from the chemical hormone fluctuates requires that, it's hard but it's also rewarding.

She kept asking that question and I kept avoiding it or teasin her (making sure not to validate her) and she was dtf when the bar closed. I'd rather talk in statements and proceed from there. Asking too many questions to a girl and just letting her talk is one way ticket to "your such a good listener and friend". She won't fuck you, trust me. Keep encouraging your dad man, I did the same with my dad as well. He was surrounded by post wall women and just a social circle of toxic fucks, so me talking to him really helped. Idk your exact situation, but I know it can be harder for older men-like your dad.

I would like to add a program I use for maximum retention and maximum efficiency in everything I learn is the space repetition program: Anki. You can store information (in multiple templates) and it throws the information back at you in a question and you answer it. After you answer it, it gives you 1-4 buttons that represent how well you could recall that information. Based on your input, an algorithm will present that info later on to help increase the neural pathways and strengthen your recal…

Dallas is a great city for those who are recently graduated and in their mid to late 20s. I work as a bouncer in uptown and the amount of women to men is pretty great. It also depends on which bars you go to as well. Downtown has more of the low quality women, while uptown has more of the rich/working class women

bro I'm 6'3 (6'4 in shoes) and 245-250 muscular greek god. I still could not pull as much as my friend whos 5'8-5'9 but had great game and a charismatic presence. For the past few months I've focused purely on game (by working as a bouncer and personal trainer) and have had much better results. I used to be the guy who thought game was a joke used by PUA guys, but having tight game really does make the big difference. Status does as well tho. I'd say it would be status > game > looks (for men)

This concept I realized when I was working as a bouncer. I would see how guys even in their 40's and late 30's looked great (the ones that lifted/had a good enough income to wear nice clothes/etc...) and had so many options. You never really saw women over 30 getting any action in these clubs/bars. It's hard to think when you're around your college peers of the long term results of your efforts you put in, when its so easy to just cruise on baseline status and still get pussy, results, and have …

That's actually not bad at all, relatively speaking. Im 21 right now and every girl (in the 17-21 range) I've been with has had at least the "5 people" count, which in reality is probably more around 15-20. Not including things that don't count as "sex".

The next generation is pretty badly fucked. I think the 80/20 divide will widen and the libtards (by the Urban Dictionary definition), betafags, and white knights will be pressured into supporting cuckoldry. Chad Thundercock will be getting all the girls--including those in relationships--while their purse-carrying, dinner-buying, foot-massaging, good-listener boyfriends watch, jerk off in the corner, and cry tears of progressive pride. Is it that easy to pull at the age of 30? Nice

I was on the opposite end and agree. Was muscular, tall, and good looking as fuck but had no social skills. This is very true. Bro I work as a bouncer at a high end club and it's not as easy to get chicks here vs bouncing at a much simpler nightclub where bitches literally gave me their #. Any advice on how I score some of this upper class pussy? Most women there just dance with the table buyers who are spending thousands . It is bullshit man. Most women go to bars to get attention, pictures for their millions of social media accounts, and possibly get with high rollers/high status men in the club scene. How do I know? I work as a bouncer for a high end night club and see it every Thursday,Friday, and Saturday night. The same shit over and over again. We want to find a women and take care of her . We long for someone to confide in and shit, but ultimately we know we can't do that. Men are hard but we have a soft side that's reserved for that one women, but the sad thing is if we do confide she loses her rock and sees weakness and vulnerability. Some of this does not work if your really attractive/intimidating. Many women will put up bitch shields to prereject me before I even get a chance "to reject them". When you approach them, many times they will act aloof. It's their way to hamster that they are still attractive. This never happens with other ridiculously attractive women, but those are a minority. Great advice though, will definitely be using the backhand boob technique.

I worked all through college man, while taking 17-19 credits in a STEM degree. GPA is 3.7+ . It's tough, but you can do it. Get outlook or google calendar to manage your time. Prioritization, time management, and internal discipline will get you the A's and the $$$. Also make sure to lift to release stress and get those natural feel good hormone releases. I see your point in the post, but I have to disagree with the fact that a person who dresses nice and has nice toys is a proivder. You can still have the alpha fuk look if you are also tall/confident, muscular, good facial structure, and obviously display TRP's tenet values. I see it as...why just stick to basic look and trp values when someone can leverage their height, muscles, looks, beard grooming, clothing style, etc.... Some of these people just don't have as much experience. Long term tren use causes progesterone increase which leads to lowered libidio. You are still getting erections if aroused, since your test:estro ratio is normal (hopefully if your taking an AI and a test base), however the progresterone based mechanism affects dopamine signals and lowers them. This is the reason most people will take cabergoline/dosinex or prami as dopanine antagonists to help with the prolactin side effects.

I can't blame them either lol, I'd do the same thing if I was some late 50's year old getting the amount of young pussy thrown in my face while having some post-wall bitch at home. Only thing that pissed me of was the males tended to have to work twice as hard to get an A in the class, where you knew some of the top scoring females were getting A's for working twice as hard with their mouths…

I was talking about DHT supplements like tren and deca. I just didn't want to post that and have some 18 y/o off thinking its safe to run DHTs . You are right about the side effects, but they are highly exaggerated in terms of tren induced prostate enlargement or balding (if you are not prone to male patterned baldness)

As Dr.Glover said, these "nice guys" have this paradigm of how their life is suppose to run from all the scripts and family "values" they have been taught over the years. When this paradigm of life doesn't work to get them success, women, whatever...they start to question it(as you mentioned). The problem occurs when they are told by everyone that the paradigm of life that they have been told and shown is true and every other way is the way of the "asshole", "mysoginist", "loser",etc... I agree as well. As a man you are responsible for all the things in your life and the girl who's in it with you is just along for the ride in your life. That's where I sometimes feel a conflicting of opinions about the whole "your responsibility to entertain her". What if I just don't give a fuck at all and my entertainment is enough for her. She see's me passionate about something and entertained and through that she is fulfilled. I believe acting as a clown or entertainer for a women is a wast…

Great comments, that's why the approach to any relationship/plate is to know that if she leaves, she leaves...there's nothing you can do about it so just have your fun and keep focusing on yourself. Having that outlook of knowing you just happen to be the shiny thingy at the right moment helps you understand you can let her loose at anytime since she will eventually find the new shiny thing.

As others have stated earlier, women don't even really see an "x %" of men, in fact they are invisible to them. So now to them the baseline for a 5 or 6 is choosing from the men they do see, and a 8/9/10 is a super rich, high status, tall, good looking man. On the other hand, a 5/10 is truly a 5/10 in regards to mens standards of judging women. Men don't exclude certain women to raise the baseline of what a 5/10 would be.

The fact that you're even still with a tall girl means your pretty confident. Don't let something this little affect you, like you said you feel "odd" because of all the social conditioning society has put on tallness or w/e. On a side note, wish I saw more tall girls that weren't 30lb over weight. Can never seem to find any good looking tall girls here.

Am also a university student, just maintain eye contact with whomever you pass by if you happen to see them also looking at you. If I'm walking down a pathway and someone else is walking also, I usually look at them in the eyes until they look down. Another way is just looking to the side instead of down if you happen to get in to long of an eye contact situation. Ergo, the guy went to his professors office and saw a line of girls who have always enjoyed this bias but are now angry it has been removed by random number grading.
