And until I just read up on parenting time guidelines, for our daughters age, I was going by what a lawyer did tell me- regarding no overnights until she’s 3. But it only says that applies when the non-custodial parent did not provide regular care for the child. Which isn’t the case here. I certainly have, as much as I’m able anyways.
