1	It’s about time Just to clarify, EBT is a way benefits are distributed. It isn't a welfare program in and of itself. So, if you're enrolled in SNAP or WIC or TANF, you'll almost certainly be getting your money electronically, through EBT.	/r/PussyPassDenied	23/09/20 02:21 AM
