The neighbor was totally his fault as the neighbor posed no threat of killing him or hurting him. However, there is only so much a man can take before the frustration builds up and makes him do something stupid. I used to work retail, and for some reason people think they have the right to berate, physically grab, and scream at employees. If they did this in the parking lot, it would be a smackdown, but once you get in the store, suddenly you have all the rights while the workers have none. He should have reported this woman's behavior a long time ago so as to deter her from doing this again. But I also see maniacs who think they have the right to throw temper tantrums in public and berate waiters/baristas, when confronted or recorded they go ballistic. So there are people who believe they have the right to behave however they want without being monitored or called out. This poor guy had been repeatedly hit by his girlfriend. His problems go far beyond the legal system. This moderator claims that multiple subs are invading the thread just to promote an agenda, which could not be further from the truth.
