Funny you mention Sydney. Australia in general unless you're talking to foreigners or women from interstate/rural areas are usually very insular and won't talk to you. Although being a Melbourne boy I felt comfortable in my own skin talking to women in Sydney.

Or go for attractive lonewolf type girls. They may come across as more jaded but will put in a lot more of an effort when interacting with you once they're comfortable around you compared to someone with a strong social circle.

Hang out in the smokers area of a club or rave, this has been better for me than going on the dancefloor or even dati go apps before leveling up. If you got smokes, drugs(even placebos lol) or a vape on you offer that shit to them, chicks are less intimidated by guys there than on the dance floor too.
