Starting by opening yourself up to social interaction is definitely the way to go. Some people facilitate that by just throwing themselves in social situations and sinking or swimming. The imperative takes on a suffix or prefix. So to tell someone to kiss you would be something to the effect of bésame. Edit: You could also say dame besos, which comes from dar to give.
