1	Mizzou professor who pushed reporter away from protesters is fired I guess it could be. I think it was really more that they were giving her a free pass for being an obnoxious sjw rather than a woman. It would be nice to see some sort of followup analysis on her gender playing a role though to tie it in better. 2	Arrest Warrant Issued for Bill Cosby I'm from the U.S. and aware of the case. There are exceptions in most states that allow testimony from other cases if there are strong details linking them. I think the media has mostly just focused on reporting the events that came out. The woman claims that she is gay and was in a relationship with a woman at the time. 3	Man in prison for rape convictions cleared by DNA testing after 16 years The DA said that they didn't have the technology to do that kind of DNA analysis in the late 90s. I wish people on this sub could look at the positives from these stories - in this case DNA is exonerating innocent men and helping society recognize the risk of relying solely on circumstantial evidence. The prosecution would want to have DNA to make the case ironclad and would not prosecute an innocent man with exculpatory evidence without being disbarred (duke lacrosse). It seems the biggest danger men face is in the court of public opinion where there is no form of due process at all. This apparently wasn't a case of a woman lying to ruin a mans life. The LA Times says that the technology used to do the DNA testing that exonerated him wasn't around in the late 90s.
