Ronda Rousey is one of the least feminine/attractive women I can think of. edit: enjoy watching her fights though, she really is exceptional in that regard.

Rhabdo only occurs in high levels athletes doing ridiculous multiple-time a day workouts over a prolonged period of time. No one in this sub has to worry about rhabdo.

I agree with what you're saying in general, in that yoga is not the best way to increase flexibility, not by a long shot. ah he wanted multiple opponent styles...ok. Any style that promises a high percentage success rate against multiple attackers is full of shit. It's all a crap-shoot with more than one dude against you. I guess I would advise the OP to investigate his local, state, and national gun laws if he's really that worried about lynch mobs.

I practice BJJ, I would recommend it. You won't get brain damage, can roll with 100% effort if you wish without high risk of injury, it is very practical for self defense if you want it to be, and its tons of fun.
