that's right... If investing in properties (with mortgage) You should use a fixed interest. (I'm native spanish so I don't know if that's how its said) that way even if interest rates rise you shouldn't be affected at all.

or if what worries you is just inflation you could also get other currencies.... Swiss currency is famous for being really safe. Or, (Since you mentioned Bitcoin) you could buy stablecoins not linked to USD for example, PAXG is a crypto backed up by gold

Im from Spain, and also had to make an aptiotude test. I'd say you shouldn't worry. It is basically for thrm to know you didn't lie in your resume and that you know how to do things... Hey there! Excersice will indeed help you, if you want to cut fat diet is something you will have to look after... Strength excersice & building a bit of muscle will be really helpful, it will increase your basal metabolism and help you lose weight, alsl, once yoou get to the point of fat you want your muscles will be a bit bigger and you'll have a "more aestethic" body. In Spain at least.. For rape cases the man is guilty until proven innocent BUT. How are you supossed to prove that you are not guilty unless the intercourse (if any) has been recorded. Main thing is that we want to be equal. I mean, marriage is a really bad deal. Just make sure you have an emergency fund after paying the deposit.... Dont limit yourself and explore the posibilities...
