Does cat-calling ever work?I'd agree up to a point. I have seen one case of a woman being inappropriate. She was making some very traditional upbringing guys uncomfortable, basically grabbing dicks, but they were too awkward to say anything so they just avoided her. Ironically she would be very offended if anyone so much as touched her. The thing is that when women do these things they don't do it nearly as aggressively or inappropriately. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 04:19 PM
Does cat-calling ever work?Sooo does that mean you'll acknowledge it's a problem rather than saying "I have to admit I do agree I wish women in public (strangers) would talk and act like they do to us when they're dating us" in response to women complaining about being groped? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 03:48 PM
Change gendersphere phrases to be less offensive and more accurateIt is a tool of the "ruling class" to avoid being named explicitly. That is how they maintain their power. Individually, their motivations are simple and human - they just don't like feeling personally attacked and made to feel guilty. But collectively, when they suppress the naming of the elite class as rich, white, men, straight, cis, it helps empower them. Their power thrives in ignorance, so they would like to keep things as obscure as possible. They don't want people talking about the type … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 03:36 PM
Is WGTOW serious or are they just satirizing MGTOW?WGTOWs aren't even really a thing What are you talking about, the very first people who recognized that heterosexual marriage is a shitty deal and "went their own way" were women feminists. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 03:28 PM
Does cat-calling ever work? That's understandable, but unfortunately you've decided to manifest this by minimize the actions of such people and dismissing the testimony of the victims affected by their actions and that's a problem. If kids began complaining that pedos were touching them, would you start talking about how it wasn't a big deal and you wish kids would lighten up? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 03:24 PM
Does cat-calling ever work?Heh, I think if we're discussing weaponry I've made my point. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 02:51 PM
Does cat-calling ever work?Context is everything. If you meet a group of friends and one of them introduces themselves to you and playfully slaps your butt, that's one level of comfort. Maybe you think they are being a bit too familiar and have ask them not to do that again, but, it's not like it is frightening or anything. If you're dancing and someone approaches your face and moves in for a kiss you can always turn your face away. If someone sexually propositions you, then they've used their WORDS to ASK you before doin… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 02:20 PM
Does cat-calling ever work?Well I'm a man and bisexual and I did not appreciate it at all when this happens. They were doing it while I was trying to dance with someone and it really killed my flow. Sometimes someone would just stand next to us, not even dancing, and stare with empty eyes, either at me or at the girl I'm dancing with. In fact sometimes they did it so aggressively that it hurt my balls. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 01:49 PM
Does cat-calling ever work?Only if you're cool with gay and bisexual men doing it to you as well. Go hang out in a crowded gay dance club for a bit and see how you really feel about people randomly grabbing at your butt and genitals. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 05:14 AM
Does cat-calling ever work?As a rough heuristic, if you would feel uncomfortable with a pack of very large and muscular men walking up to you and doing it to you in the middle of the night, then it's probably inappropriate for you to do it to a woman. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 17/07/17 05:12 AM
