Your insistence on needing surgery signals the real reason here: lack of confidence. You look fine. You're tall. You live in Montreal - no shortage of ethnic guys getting girlfriends there. Your looks are not your problem.

The biggest white knight dude I knew always had girlfriends. They always took advantage of him and he always had excuses for them. His big issue was being raised by a single mom who always had boyfriends who left her. He never wanted to be like those bad men who let his mama down.

I am friends with a woman who divorced her husband recently and throughout her marriage she talked about a previous boyfriend and her regrets in not locking him down. I always felt sorry for her husband - guy never had a chance.

You're a stellar man. Working hard to support your family at a very young age. Problem is the wife, not you. Use soft leadership and get her on board - you are a team to raise these kids. What is her family like? Are they deadbeats or decent? Does her mother help out with the kids, in a grandmotherly way?

I must run in a conservative crowd, because if a woman told a group of my friends that she's sucking a dozen cocks a day for money, we would all view her as a dirty hooker.

I'm a man, so take this with a grain of salt. But looks are just one of many factors that women focus on in determining if a man is attractive. As far as looks go, consider that there are basically zero strip clubs that cater to women - women just aren't visually stimulated the way that men are. A man's clothing is just as important to women as his actual body, if not more so. Women's attraction to men is partially based on looks, but also on confidence levels, social status and dominance, etc. …

Beats me. If you stay and become a leader, you might score some chicks from it (if you care). But you won't improve your own martial arts. Personally, I'd leave if you care about martial arts. I've never trained anywhere that was legit that had more than a few token women, and they rarely lasted more than a few months. Any place with real sparring is too rough for most women; not all, of course. There are some tough girls out there.

You're young, you have your whole adult life ahead of you, and most important of all you are self-aware. You're going to be fine but it will take some work. First you need some confidence in order to learn to stand up for yourself. The early bullying is still in the back of your head. Hitting the gym is good, but consider some martial arts as well. Stick to something that has actual hard sparring: boxing, muay thai, judo or bjj. One year of any of those arts will make you a beast compared to the…

Successful, accomplished women are attractive to any man who isn't insecure. The only time it is unattractive is when the woman overvalues herself because of it. She should also realize that a successful woman doesn't have the same appeal as successful men (which is one of the most desirable traits in men). A man won't disregard a woman simply because her career is mediocre, but all other things equal, a woman with a good career is way more appealing than a woman who works at Walmart.

Not true. Walk through any old graveyard and look at the tombstones - you see TONS of people who died in their 20s, 30s and 40s. People died of all sorts of things before antibiotics and modern medicine. Childbirth alone was a crap shoot for women.

Women won't communicate their desires for the most part. Many women have fantasies that embarrass them: rape fantasies, submissive fantasies, etc. Plus they only want a man who is "natural" and understands their kinks intuitively. But if we aren't actually rapists, you won't get your rape fantasy fulfilled unless you communicate it to us. Outside of the lack of communication, many women will fake their enjoyment of sex to avoid jeopardizing the "relationship" - cue all the women who fake orgasm,…

Family is #1. If your parents need help, you help them. They raised you, they helped you along the way, and they would do what they can to help you if they could. They undoubtedly feel bad about this and wouldn't ask for help unless they really needed it. Most of your peers are also "wasting" their youth, just in different ways. If you want to travel or something, tell that to your parents and tell them that you want to start saving some money toward that goal. You might need to defer immediate …

Dude, please don't get suicidal over a kink. For real, if you're even slightly serious about that, get help. Life is precious and sex is just a small part of life. Sorry to hear about your marriage blowing up over this. That sucks. But the idea that you won't ever tell a future partner about this is not necessarily smart. I will agree that actually acting it out is stupid and would make 99% of women lose respect for you. But it might be OK to discuss it and make it clear to a woman that you have…

Some of the biggest pussies I've ever met are men who were raised by single moms and who internalized the idea from their moms that men are horrible to women. One of my good buddies is like this and the rest of us cringe since he is always being treated like crap by women and he never learns. He actually blames himself when they abuse him.

If you want kids, a stable family life with both parents is the ideal and that means marriage. If you marry your economic equal, you will live a much better life financially. Less of your income % goes towards basics and shelter, you get a nicer house since you can afford more, etc. Don't marry a woman who is an economic drain. All women understand this instinctively, men need to learn it.

Women make no sense. I like to dominate women in the bdsm sense and I once had a slave who was engaged to another guy. She was able to sneak away once every few weeks to come over and "serve" me. She told me that she didn't give her fiance blowjobs, yet she did all sorts of depraved acts for me (I'll save you the details). loll... I was just thinking of the mental gymnastics you're doing to avoid admitting you were rejected. Your statement and the math formula means that the oldest you could have been was 32 (maybe younger) and the youngest she could have been was 24. Some women will reject you because of it, and some won't. I'm bald and I don't think it makes any difference whatsoever. I'm a lawyer and make decent coin, so I have status that way. I believe you. It is disturbing to hear and I still assume it is a small minority of men. As a man, I have no sexual attraction to 10 or 12 year old girls whatsoever. They're kids. I can understand some men finding 15 year olds attractive, if they have matured and grown breasts and are walking around the mall in sexy outfits. It's obviously still grossly inappropriate to stare or ogle them - the golden rule is to look at women like you are looking at the sun, a millisecond only. I'm guessing mos…

Maybe you're right and I'm underestimating the pedophilia out there. I wonder if most of this creepy shit is happening in poorer areas? (This is definitely a classist statement, but there tends to be more crime in poor areas, more rape in poor areas, hence I could see more degenerate behaviour in general in poor areas). I don't see anything like this in my social circle, though the resounding amount of women discussing this makes me wonder.

You still don't understand the math and the subtlety of the rejection. 32/2 = 16. 16 + 7 = 23. She was 22 and telling you to scram, "close buddy, but the rules say I'm too young for your old ass".
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/20 12:59 PM

You didn't understand her. She was rejecting you with math: (37 - 4) / 2 + 7 = 23.5 years. And for the record, 22 is pure bliss at any age.

For the sake of my belief in fellow man, I prefer to believe that it is a rare man that finds 11 year olds attractive. Like 1 in 1,000 so that even if all you women say it happened maybe it was all that same one guy ogling all of you.

You're a young doctor. As long as you have a decent personality, you're the prize to women. No need to worry about whether there is an "abundance" of women. Even if there are only four women in town, they will all be interested in you. Choose where you want to live based on your career, your hobbies and your interests. Women will be there no matter where you go.

I don't think your examples reflect society's view of men as disposable. Men do dangerous jobs because they are stronger and more capable of physical labour (such as the dangerous jobs of construction or off shore fishing). Men are the ones who go to war because they are stronger and more capable of the physical demands of battle.

It's the quality and context of the N that matters. A guy who is indiscriminate and fucks a bunch of gross women isn't respected. A guy who cheats on his girlfriend every chance he gets isn't respected. A guy who fucks a lot of women by going to hookers isn't respected. It's only respected if he's able to sleep with a lot of attractive women. The sort of guy who can go to a bar or party and take home the most desirable woman there time and time again. It takes a long time. If it was easy, everyone would be buff. Just work on your strength for a couple of years. Get your squat / deadlift up to the 250-300 pound range (depending on your size) before working about cutting or aesthetics. I'm a lawyer, so it's a different world, but I'll offer my two cents. Get some decent loans so that you can live a decent lifestyle while in medical school. Any woman who dates a guy of any age because he has a "cool car" is a loser. So take that woman's life experience with a grain of salt. I'm an older guy, mid-40s, and easily connect with women in their late 20s, early 30s. I don't think it has anything to do with resources (although I'm a successful lawyer, so maybe I am deluding myself). Because not all women are like that. The same way that not "all men are pigs" who will abandon a spouse just because a hotter chick arrived. AWALT is bullshit. Women are generally faithful once they've decided that you are the one, unless you give them reason to think otherwise - think of all the women you know who "stand by their man". If you don't know of any, then you need more life experience.

thetruthishere_ I'm talking about the non-trashy world. Men who go to prostitutes are the minority, and I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about normal guys who don't want a woman who tricks them into a relationship with sex. There's a world of difference between a woman who has lots of sex because she enjoys sex and a woman who has lots of sex since it pays the bills.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/20 09:00 PM

No way. Men are OK with slutty women since those women have sex because they enjoy it. Enjoying sex is a positive trait in a woman. Men are not OK with prostitutes since those women use sex not for enjoyment but for profit. It leads directly to men's fear of being tricked by women who use sex to manipulate and trap them. Using sex for profit and manipulation is a negative trait. If you can't see the difference, I don't know what else to say.

I think you should follow up with her and get a second date, just for the dating experience. You can say to her, "I have never once had a one-night stand or even casual sex. I was simpy trying to gauge your views on casual sex." You don't need to tell her that you're a virgin.

Congrats on a positive first step. Everyone you date is going to have more experience in the game than you, so you're going to have to fake it for now. Her judgmental comments about friends and her accusations about sex makes her sound like a nightmare. Chalk it up as some experience, and don't worry about the rejection. Are you certain it was a rejection? Email her and say you had a fun time. See if she responds. Good luck.

Some of the biggest studs I've ever met were 5'6 or thereabouts. Attitude, facial structure and charm are great equalizers. I'm NBA level tall, it helps with some girls (the female equivalent of guys who go gaga over giant boobs), but other women think I'm too tall. There's no winning, my friend.

How long have you been dating? People act differently a few years into a relationship than they do after only 1 year or so. It's easy to get along when everything is great. It's like getting along on vacation. But you need to see how the relationship goes during hard times, how you resolve differences, how you deal with challenges, etc. Wanting to date for 5 years or so before marrying is just smart. And those tears are classic manipulation. It would piss me off.

It is definitely not too late for university. You're still very young, in the grand scheme of life. And to be honest, being 24 or 25 would be an advantage when meeting 18 to 20 year girls in your classes or on campus. Many girls like older guys, and your life experience and maturity will give you a huge advantage over the typical 18 year old pimply-faced boy. And if any girls ask why you are older, you have a compassionate excuse. You're golden.

I get my work done fast and so I have lots of time for hobbies, friends and family. Life is good. I worked hard when I was young and so I can relax more now. But I don't feel a sense of "enlightenment", whatever that really is. I feel the exact same as I always did. Same person through and through. I grew up in a tough blue collar area…

You gained 25 lbs in a year. That's a lot of weight. If you think you haven't seen much change in your body then you're developing typical meat-head body dysmorphia. Adding more body weight will facilitate strength gains, but so what? Your body weight is perfectly fine. Leaner is healthier, and most women don't find powerlifter builds attractive. What's your goal or motivation?

Get his opinion. Just say to him: "Dad, you are a lot more in control of your life than I am. What am I doing wrong?" But don't use cringey RP language like the "alpha" and similar nonsense. He has been watching you your whole life - he probably has tons of insights, but doesn't tell you them out of respect.

Drink less - it's fun to get fucked up, but it's also detrimental to your heath and goals if it becomes a frequent event. Chase natural hghs instead. Learn to surf, rock climb or some other adrenaline inducing rush. Much more satisfying. Don't think you can beat the market - you are usually much better off just keeping yourself 100% invested in index funds and contributing a set amount every month and let time and compound interest work its magic. You don't waste time on trying to learn about in…

I did years of bjj and yoga is a good supplement. I like David Swenson's stuff. You can find his 15-minute routine on youtube; it's basically a series of sun salutations.

If you never listen to anyone's opinion, you are rudderless in the world, trying to make sense of it on your own. So listen to tons of different views, including blue pill views. Avoid echo chambers. But most importantly, try things out on your own. See what works for you personally. I think there is a lot of nonsense in TRP, but there is a lot of truth as well.

I moved out at 18, so I can't truly relate. But as a man in my 40s with kids of my own, I will tell you that 99% of parents love their kids dearly and your folks would welcome you growing up. If you are coming home to your parents' house and locking yourself in your room, you need to mature. If you are living there, don't just sulk and lock yourself in your room waiting for the future. Soak up as much knowledge as you can from them, and practise being a man by helping out and making yourself use…

Crushes are just a form of immaturity. Basically, it means you are falling for a girl without even knowing her. That's just stupid. Save your strong feelings for a woman who deserves it - someone who proves her commitment to you, who proves she is worth those intense feelings.

I find the best way to deal with any argument is to turn it into a question - "did you know that I was next in line?" You're not making any demands, you're not drawing a line in the sand. You are simply asking a question. It puts the pressure on the other person to explain themselves, to defend themselves. Most times the person will sheepishly say, "sorry" and give you back your spot. If they don't, you can decide how you want to proceed.

Whatever you do, don't be stupid and do steroids. There are hormonal feedback circuits - you fuck up your system.

Take advice you read anywhere on reddit with a grain of salt. There's definitely a lot of truth in the RP sphere, and anyone who thinks women are sugar and spice is a moron. But women aren't evil for the most part and the idea that "all women are like that" ignores reality. The same way that not all men are dogs who only want one thing, not all women are complete gold diggers who will throw away a good relationship for a better prospect.

More likely that you project your attitudes and prejudices and they pick up on them and respond in kind.

You run the risk of turning bitter, and that doesn't help you in any way. Don't hate women for being women.

8 hours a day to work, 8 hours a day to sleep. Still leaves you 8 hours per day to play and have fun. It's way better than it was in the past.

Check out David Swenson's stuff for ashtanga yoga. It's on youtube. His 15-minute routine is a good intro - basically a series of sun salutations followed by stretches. I wouldn't call it meditation, though. It's calisthenics.

My secret is to always have two things to say before approaching a woman. Expect to get shot down with the first thing you say, and then you are ready with the second and it avoids the awkward silence. If you persist, women seem to respect you or something. I don't understand it, but I've added the 'second opener' to my dealings with women and it helps a lot. If a decently attractive woman approached you, you would do all you could to keep the conversation going. You would give her the benefit o…

Man up, dude. That's the way of the wild. It's the same for all animals, the male competes for the female's attention and approaches the females and suffers tons of rejection. A lot of male animals have to fight, buck horns, and so forth before they are given the privilege of mating. All us human males have to do is make the first move and display some charm. No blood, no injuries, no big deal. You'll still get rejected a lot, but don't take it personally.

I think we're talking about different things. The OP was asking about diminishing returns... after lifting for a few years and getting to the point where he would need to put in tons of effort to grind out an extra 3 lbs of muscle per year.

Keep in mind that most women find body builders gross. Many men think women find big muscles appealing, but studies show they don't. Women find lean, fit guys attractive (to the extent they care that much about a guy's body). We have limited time. If you're spending all your time in the gym, worried about your diet, bulking and cutting, etc., then it takes a lot of time. A guy might simply do yoga instead - they get 'yoga fit' and meet women in their yoga classes. Don't get me wrong - I lift wei…

Do what makes you happy. Once a week, reflect on the week and think about what made you happy and what made you unhappy. Keep a journal if you need to. Arrange your life so that you can do more of the stuff that makes you happy and less of the stuff that makes you unhappy. Rinse and repeat.

The brainwashing about lifting is retarded here. Yes, fitness is an element of attractiveness. But killing yourself in the gym for 3 lbs of muscle isn't worth it. Diminshing returns. You'll go a lot further by getting stylish clothes, developing your interests and hobbies, getting ahead in your career, working on your social life, being fun. Look around - there are tons of guys who aren't buff who do just find attracting women. Women are multifaceted and variable and find all sorts of things att…
