Aside from the evidence I just told you about?

You see the thing here is, even if she consented and he grabbed her breasts and bruised them, he could still be arrested, it's happened before. Things that involve harming other people, whether or not you have consent, are on a risky line between legal and illegal. Here is a case that really exemplifies this. So this guy has consensual BDSM sex with a girl, but she decides for some reason to report him to the police. The police say that her case has no merit, and basically told her to fuck off. …

Sure, there's a chance she liked rough sex, and ended up regretting it, and lied to the courts. This is uncommon though, yes file false rape, and sexual assault reports, but the large majority of them aren't. We can't just ignore people who file rape/sexual assault reports, and say all the bruises must be because she's a BDSM lover and actually regretted it, so she lied to ruin the dude's life. Yes, we should look at all of the evidence, including texts, ect, but another problem here is, she mig…

Getting away with community service after assaulting someone is a slap on the wrist, are you trying to say his punishment for assault is people finding out that he assaulted someone, and not wanting to hire him? Because that's stupid, they both got away far too easy.

The woman had severe bruises, and this lines up with her story. She told him beforehand not to touch her tits, and then during sex, he grabbed them extremely hard, and didn't stop after she told him to stop multiple times, and was crying in pain.

Celda, I don't think you understand the full situation here, and it's extremely shady. -McDonalds at the time, was running a special for free coffee refills, but you couldn't leave and come back, you had to consume the coffee in one visit. McDonalds had previously done a study and to find how hot they had to make the coffee so that people couldn't actually consume it in one setting, in a reasonable amount of time, so that people would leave without getting a refill. Serving coffee this hot a pol…

Yes, but there was physical evidence, in the form of severe bruising.

Excessive brusing on her boobs would be pretty good evidence, and it was apparently. From what she said in the article, she told him not to grab her boobs before they had sex, and then during sex, he grabbed them extremely forcefully, and kept on doing it after she starting crying in pain, and told him to stop multiple times. There would definitely be physical evidence of that.

That's kinda funny though, what did you tell them? "I actually don't beat her, she just likes it rough if ya know what I mean"

I grew up with a single mom, and I was a nightmare as a kid, who didn't listen to my mother, and basically bullied other kids and ignored teachers. I knew I could get away with it, and there were never any consequences because my mother would never punish me. She got remarried when I was about 13, and my step dad really set my shit straight. After learning some discipline, I much more well behaved after that, and he ended up being really cool. He was an engineer and taught me tons of useful stuf…

Well it's much different than that, he probably just wants his son to be like him, if the wife wanted the kid circumcised then you should ask her that.

Don't be that guy, circumcision is far older than the US, it was done by every religious country thousands of years ago. It was actually more beneficial back then than it is now.

She told him to stop multiple times and he ended up hurting/bruising her, not to mention he ended up getting 0 time, sometimes you gotta step out of the circlejerk and look at the whole picture.

but really it's their choice to take drugs, and continue to take drugs, knowing fully well the possibilities of addiction, and then neglect to seek help

Yes, he's lucky, he could've spent a lot more time in jail, or she could've never admitted it and he would've been fucked.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
