But no. The male officers role is different thus should have different requirements. Would it make you feel better if they simply had two different level of officer? Like grunt officers and support officers. Then you can list one requirement and it will just naturally work out that males will more oft end up being grunts and females support. Note: Not disparaging either, I truly feel you need both.
