Well this is my progress in the past 2 months. Weight loss https://imgur.com/a/4rEGk8f I started around 74kgs in August and started measuring my daily weight from September. Total loss has been aroung 15.5lbs till date. My diet has been 1500 calories a day hitting all the macros and 1hour walk twice a day, no other workout. I have skipped walk just 4 times in the last 60 days. Lost 2 inches around the waist so that's good too.

I would advice you to make this at home. The recipe is pretty simple. Plan how much you plan to consume the next day. At night boil around same amount of milk.
