| 4 | Why are social skills becoming a scarce resource?Excellent post by /u/PemBayliss up there. The constant interaction with screens is the primary cause, in my opinion. Another big one is the fact that people can just flip on Netflix and binge watch entire seasons, not even stepping outside in a day. Facebook too. So their conversations begin to revolve around a skewed perception of the world, and scripted speech that is totally unnatural--with it, bizarre expectations and a very limited understanding of people.
