As far as I'm concerned, a woman shouldn't have a problem giving up no-fault divorce. (You give up the right to). So divorce has to be justified. And if she is found at fault for the divorce, she gets significantly less when splitting up the assets.

It really depends on each situation. If ur both dead ass broke and young, not much can be put in, unless you make a sh!t ton of money. Definitely consult an attorney regarding what different options are. Women push to get married because they have most of the leverage in a divorce (assuming minor children) I would absolutely suggest keeping majority of funds in separate names, w a joint account to pay for only truly joint expenses (like the home, cell phone plan). I'm a 50 yr old man in the middle of 2nd divorce. No kids with this wife. I completely understand. I think no fault divorce ruined society. Most men at some point will want to procreate. I'm just addressing that reality.

I like the idea of paying to freeze ur sperm (do it w at least 2 different companies), and getting snipped. You avoid the unplanned pregnancy BS. Have the snip reversed when u find a woman worthy of marriage. Frozen sperm is the back up plan if reversal doesn't take.

I shared it because it's so typical. I get that there are just plain bad men out there. But it seems like 50% + of divorces where woman has primary custody, the woman engages in some form of bad mouthing/parental alienation.
