1	Just at the Beginning Sorry to hear that things aren't going as smoothly as you had hoped. We both consulted with lawyers and determined that we could come to an agreement ourselves ( in writing and notarized) that was equitable for both of us. I have agreed to get a place and she is going to try and refinance our martial home and buy me out. After some initial disagreement we both compromised on some issues and now are in a good place and feeling better.
