I’d recommend the book the glucose revolution first and then follow with the obesity code. They have some really simple tips that are backed by science that get great results. It’s all about learning what to (and what not to!) eat. Good luck :) if you’re not super into reading check out glucosegoddess on ig

Read the book the obesity code. I work as a longevity practitioner with a focus on metabolic health - this will give you the best, most actionable advice.

For me what I do is intermittent fasting. I have found temper mints to be relatively effective (they are expensive but help make it 50% easier to fast… so not super needed, but if you have the cash it can really help). Alternatively, I find drinking Yerba mate also works too to suppress hunger. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise!

My fiancé was the same way and at the beginning I was so nervous about it. While not the healthiest thing to do, alcohol really helps with the jitters, haha. Depending on where you live you should look up pole dancing classes. A lot of the classes have sessions that teach lap dance etc. It’s actually a lot of fun and everyone there is nervous too so it’s a really supportive learning environment. 123poling also has videos just on strip teasing. I’m sure you can find videos on YouTube as well! My …

Pelvic floor physical therapist! I’m seeing one for my endometriosis, but she mentioned to me that she mostly sees new mothers since birthing can wreak havoc on your pelvic floor. She said that most women likely need it, but since the reality of “after-birth troubles” are often hidden or downplayed, a lot of women don’t get the help they need. It can be expensive, but even a few sessions can be super helpful. Insurance covers, but I really recommend finding someone good even if it costs a little…

Hard wax is less likely to break the hairs or hurt as much as strip for the public region. Just FYI! I don’t want it to be a miserable experience for you lol

I got a home waxing kit and use cerepil hard wax and cerepil oil. Actually just waxed last night! Tbh for me, it’s a lot less painful. My skin is ultra sensitive and I found everything makes the skin really red for a few days except the cerepil oil that I use post wax (I also use it pre wax) and I give it a good spray of Avene canned water. It was awkward and took a while at first but now I can get it all done (including my armpits) in about 15 mins. Way cheaper and more convenient. The thought …
